I don't think this location has as good of items as the West Omaha spots I frequent as well, but this does have a different variety. She said that she represented Verizon, and when I mentioned to her that Verizon had bought Straight Talk she still refused to help me. Low, class, lazy, and and ghetto. I went pretty late at night, at around 7pm and there was only one person working the store and she was working her tail off; stocking and organizing when customers weren't at the register. She was really attentitive and nice as well. I would definitely go back to this DG in the future.

Well, I can't figure out if this was due to the supply chain shortage or not enough workers stocking, but a lot of the shelves in the areas I was going for were empty. I also barely saw any employees out on the floor and there were only two people at the registers... I did get a couple potholders but there weren't really any choices, so I just had to settle. I went to this location at 10:45 Thursday June 13th, so whoever was working should not be working in customer service. I do not have a pin for my debit and it kept prompting me to enter a pin. When I told the cashier of this he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was being rude and made me feel as if was being an inconvenience as a customer. As a worker you should never make a customer feel as an inconvenience. Management has already been spoken too. 10/10 product though.

We get to the shoe department and there were a few other customers that were being helped. My wife grabbed two shoes that she wanted sizes for, I grabbed one, and the lady in front of us grabbed two. For the other customer, and my wife and I, they didn't have any of the sizes for any of the five pairs of shoes. Statistically speaking, there probably should have been at least one size that they had, but didn't. I thought this was kind of ridiculous. So its safe to say, that when I'm looking for shoes, I probably won't be going to JC Penney's.

I looked at me like I had 2 heads and no way was I a Veteran. I told him that I would never lie about such an honor and asked if he wanted to see my DD214 aka discharge papers, he said yes then had no idea what it was. His attitude towards me was not very inviting. If you are going to offer such a promotion then management should teach cashiers what to look for so as not to questions those of us that have served. I hope he has some type of knowledge on what Memorial Day is really about and not just a big party day. This would not stop me from going back and I get that there are people who pretend to be Veterans, but I was not one of them and don't care to be treated as such.
