Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience when I back less than 24 hours later to return items. I was met by a very aggressive woman with glasses and a beanie. She told me she could not do anything for my boots return because I had worn them for one day, despite telling her they were super tight and hurting my ankles. She refused to call her district manager or customer service or anyone to get another opinion. She told me I needed to call customer service myself if I had an issue. She then tried to correlate my attempted return to the same as someone she dealt with prior that was arrested and in jail and tried to return the shoes with an unknown substance on them?? This woman clearly needs retrained and or removed from this position. She had ZERO empathy for my situation and seemed to be worried about a $225 return then making a customer happy. I know I am going to seriously reconsider future shopping at 5.11 because of her horrendous attitude and ability to be flexible and problem solve. I called customer service after I left the store and they immediately processed a return and refund. Wow, see there is an exception to most situations.

I saw one sign for kids clothes and it was for Boys 18mo or something; there weren't any other signs for the other kids clothes. After asking an employee I found the clothes, but they are split up really oddly across isles. I like Old Navy but they didn't have many clothes for my daughter and it's tough to find them at this store.

Further investigation shows that they merely resell off the shelf catalogue items from other companies with a very high mark up. here are two examples: TET model 600- sells for $5,500 It is the exact same one, even the model number and picture, from ovunqueproteggimi.com, who has it for 3.820Euro ($4,300), almost a 30% mark up!! TET model 617 which they sell for $3,793 Is avalilable at russoraffaele.it for 2.106Euro ($2,400), that is a whopping 58% mark up!!!! Furthermore, they advertise this chalice as hand made sterling silver, when the manufacturer states that ONLY THE CUP is silver, the chalice itself is made of CAST BRASS, which is nither SILVER NOR HAND MADE. Sadly, it seems that many older priests or sister who are not internet saavy enough to find this out will fall for this scam. SHAME ON YOU!

In the Old Market this place is a gem, with designers expressing them selves with their arts on T-Shirts. The material is pretty sturdy and the designs are unique, several with animal prints. I also found the prices to be pretty decent, and helped myself to three T-Shirts. Great store to explore if you are in that area.
