Unfortunately, it looks like he may have retired and/or sold the company off as there is no response and just recently someone answered but hung up without a word instead of just being decent and saying they aren't interested. He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!

The change machine does not take $20 bills, so be aware of that. We went to the Carbone's next door to purchase drinks, which gave us the change we needed to get quarters for the machines. The laundromat is clean enough. I didn't see any staff there so I doubt that there is any sanitizing done. I keep sanitizer spray with me, so I wasn't that concerned. Also, everyone there did have on a mask. That was very reassuring. The machines worked fine and the 30-minute dryer time was perfect other than one load that included a large duvet. It was the only load that we ran twice. Should I need to return to a laundromat in the Bloomington, this will be the one.

They gave me the cheapest quote and had the earliest availability. Matt and Mark were a great team with over 40 years of upholstery/carpet cleaning experience. I appreciated that they went through each piece of furniture with me and explained which pieces would cost more than what I was quoted (and why) and confirmed whether I still wanted those pieces to be cleaned. They don't work on commission, so they didn't care how many pieces I got cleaned and as a result, there was no pressure. The morning of my appointment they asked if they could come earlier, but unfortunately I was running late myself! Despite this timing issue, they didn't complain or make a big stink about it. Really happy with the outcome and will be sure to use them again.

What comes out of their "machine's" nozzle is not steam, In fact the "steam" used at my home was barely warm water. (Steam is a hot vapor and should not "squirt".) 2. Carpet cleaners have ambiguously names "special" processes and "tools" that they use to differentiate themselves. Steam Magic offered a "special" that included some "magic" process that would help get out stains. They called it "Product" -- yes literally. I tend to watch out when any sales oriented businessman offers me something called "product" (common with auto detailers). Smelled like citrus cleaner. 3. Had them do a large amount of carpet and a bathroom with tile and tile shower. The carpet looked a bit revitalized when wet and has now returned to normal. The grout between the bathroom tiles was much cleaner where I did a test area with a brush (to see if it could come clean -- my area looks good!). I also tested doing the shower grout with a bush to see if it could come clean, My areas looked great, the rest of the shower looks OK but there is a total of 2 feet of grout missing that I will have to repair. I winced as they claimed they used a "higher pressure" on their nozzles for tile, and that fear was realized. 4. They worked hard but seemed in a hurry to leave. 5. Corners left dirty here and there. This diatribe is mosly a criticism of the entire carpet industry. My experience is that any vendor I have tried performed their process and did no more. Steam Master is just one of the bunch.
