When we brought up our concerns directly to the sales rep, particularly the way he was treated him as a person of color. This company dismissed his experience and tried to justify it as something else. I would really encourage them to make sure their various staff who interact with customers (who pay thousands of dollars for their product) have a clear understanding of what quality customer service needs to be.
