We couldn't see the back wall, let alone walk through the yard. Weeds completely choked out the front and sides of the house, and the branches from my two massive trees in the front were growing WAY over the roof and driveway and were a serious problem. I had resigned myself to the fact that whoever showed up would take one look at the wreckage and give me a well-deserved lecture. Tyler's Yard, Tree & Landscaping Services did the exact opposite. Tyler walked the property with me, called it like it was, and didn't throw a shred of shade or judgment my way. A few days later, Tyler and his crew showed up dead on time and went to war on my shameful mess. They tore through the overgrowth, treated the weeds around the entire property, brought those massive front trees back under control, and didn't leave a single scrap of debris behind. We can actually see our back wall, walk through our own yard, and breathe a sigh of relief. Honestly, the place looks better now than the day we bought it and moved in. I hate to say this but what I was most shocked about was the total lack of nonsense. No runaround, no crazy high bill, and no hidden fees tacked on at the end. Just honest communication, a fair price, and an incredible amount of hard work. The job was completed ahead of schedule with outstanding results. The work included taking out bushes and trees and also digging 375 feet of drainage ditches and filling them with river rock. This place is terrible. I've been trying to use their service for 6 months now, but NEVER again. When I dropped my item off last week, a young, angry girl told me someone would be right with me. She then went around the corner to rant with another employee about some deficit in her paycheck. She then called another employee to discuss the same thing. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to conclude their very important business and nearly left in the interim. When the gal finally felt it was time to wait on me, she was sour, abrupt and didn't bother to apologize for the delay. She then told me she was going to charge me more than twice what this business has been charging me to clean this item - the only reason I've been putting up with their poor service. She grudgingly charged me the correct price. When returned to pick up the item, a different and much more competent young girl helped me. I noticed there was still pet hair on the garment! I had a job to do over the weekend and took this garment and another similar item I had dry cleaned by them at an earlier date, to my job. They were both still covered in the original dry-cleaning plastic and I assumed it was what I had dropped off with them. I discovered one of the garments wasn't mine and was VERY, VERY different! When I took it back, the first angry girl accused me of lying! The manager (the second girl who helped me) was clearly on her side, rambled on about having to look at security footage to determine if it's the same garment I dropped off and needing to call the owner, who they told me repeatedly is out of state somewhere (making it clear I COULD NOT talk with her) in order to determine how they should handle this. I left with elevated blood pressure and a promise I would get a phone call later in the day. Within an hour, they told me that the insurance company told them I picked up what I dropped off, but they found the garment I was looking for. Here's what happened: I have two garments, nearly identical. About 3 months ago, they gave me the wrong one. I didn't notice the error until over the weekend because it was the first time I needed it. They took back the cheap junk they had erroneously given me and returned my garment. They NEVER APOLOGIZED and continued to imply I was lying about the whole thing - even though this was clearly their fault and the facts had borne out. I will NEVER return to this establishment. It is poorly run, filthy and the employees are VERY RUDE. Side Note: When I asked who would bother to get this cheap junk cleaned at a dry cleaner, they explained it belonged to the owner for her guest bedroom. So, if the owner is out of the area, yet it's convenient to drop of her linens here in town - who's lying here?? read more

We have used bonanza cleaners for years. They are great. I don't know what Debbie's problem is. Once I started using Lloyd's because it was close to home. What a mistake. Every time I got the shirts back from Lloyd's, they had steamed one side of the shirt in the front, over the other, making button marks on the side that had button holes. It took them 3 tries to fix this. There were always crease marks where they didn't belong on the backs of the shirts. I went back to Bonanza. If a button has gone missing, they keep the shirt and replace it for FREE. Bonanza has remodled the front of the store. It's never seemed dirty to me and I've never seen papes lying around. The girls are young, but they are always friendly (try smiling yourself and it's amazing what results you get!) and I have NEVER seen a dog. Bonanza is definately better than Lloyd's any day! read more

I have taken our clothes to the Bonanza Cleaners on 92 in Sierra Vista since moving here four years ago. Glo and Cathy are very friendly and professional whenever I go in. My clothes are always ready when promised and if anything comes back not "just right" (has happened only twice) it is always taken care of promptly and free of charge. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

The cuff on the sleeve was sewn over the existing loose threads rather than cleaned up first, leaving it looking messy. Additionally, a small repair needed on the other sleeve was not addressed at all. When I pointed this out, the cashier kindly offered to have the work redone if I left the jersey again. After considering it, I decided not to, as I needed the jersey sooner and felt the repairs should have been completed correctly the first time.
