First time visitor last Monday and got the notice my dry cleaning was done on Wednesday which was early. I also dropped off some new pants that needed a hem. The due date on those were set for next Friday and I got I notification that they were ready on Thursday. Great service and very friendly staff. They do delivery nearby but have good hours and I've never had a problem with the years of using them. From complex items such as sequined garments, to large items such as comforters. Absolutely Horrible Experience My fiancée and I had a terrible experience with Twin Peaks Cleaners. We dropped off her wedding dress for cleaning and were never given a price estimate. That alone wasn't the end of the world, but when we went to pick it up, we mentioned--politely--that it would've been nice to receive an invoice or at least a heads-up before being charged. Instead of any kind of understanding, we were met with attitude and rudeness from the woman at the front desk. After leaving an honest 1-star review, the situation got even worse. The owner actually called my fiancée--not to apologize or make things right--but to argue with her, berate her, and talk down to her to the point she was in tears. When I stepped in to speak with him, he accused us of lying and "escalating" the situation, even though he was the one who called to be combative. This kind of unprofessional, immature behavior is beyond unacceptable, especially from someone running a business. What should have been a simple and respectful transaction turned into a total mess. Avoid this place if you value clear communication, decent customer service, or basic respect. read more

Horrible service. They didn't quote me a price then auto charged my card $195 for a dress. The payment for a cleaning on a new dress to get wrinkles out was the same cost as a new dress. The owner lady at the front counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. Save your time and money and go to an honest company that value customer service and not price gouging without verifying customers are okay with their pricing. The lady claimed she emailed an estimate in which she did not and then proceeded to treat me disrespectfully rolling her eyes when I voiced my concern. Do not go here. If you get a coupon for a special, please keep it and show it to the staff when you checkout. Apparently they didn't put the special into the computer when I took my comforter in. The young lady who helped me today when I picked up my comforter said "you're mistaken" and laughed when I told her the amount charged was over the amount stated on the coupon. When I said no, it was $25, she argued "you're mistaken" and laughed again. It was especially embarrassing because it was done in front of another customer. I know I'm old, but I'm not stupid, and I was not mistaken. The young lady did adjust the charge to what she said was 25%, and told me I should be happy because it was less than the original $50 charge. I found the coupon after I got back home and called the owners and let them know what my experience was today. Eric called me back, said that I was right about the coupon, and apologized. My order had 2 shams, which I was told were included when I dropped everything off, but were written up as a "blanket" so I pretty much got a deal being charged $31.50 for comforter and shams. I will give them 4 stars because they were all nicely cleaned and were ready quickly. read more

I took two pants of women's linen pants in for pressing. The pants had NO creases in them in when I went in. When I left the pants, I handed them a written note indicating I wanted to have them pressed only and PRESSED WITHOUT CREASES. When I picked them up they pressed creases in the pants. They tried to re-press them without the creases and they now have white lines where the creases are. They wanted to then dry clean the pants even though the label clearly said to cold water wash them only and hang to dry. At this point I took my pants and asked for my money back as they did not do them correctly. Still waiting for my money back (I got some BS that only the manager could do a refund and they were out until next week). GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THESE PEOPLE NO NOTHING ABOUT FABRICS AND CANNOT FOLLOW CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTIONS! read more

Twin Peaks Cleaners did a great job on a recent item that I had cleaned. I had recently had the popcorn ceiling of my home removed and resurfaced. However, the contractor did not do a great job of protecting my belongings in my bedroom. I took my comfortor for my bed to Twin Peaks Cleaners with the white popcorn ceiling debris stuck to it. They told me they would take care of it. I picked it up a few days later and the comforter was great. They removed all of the debris and the comforter looked like new. I usually go to a dry cleaner on Ina but due to their current circumstances had to use a place closer to my home. Upon picking up my dry cleaning, I spoke with the owner and told him that I would rather come here cause he is closer to my home , but the prices are more than the other place I go to. I told him that I like to support local businesses and simply asked him if he was willing to match their prices. Instead of just replying I'm sorry I can't , he got an attitude and said "then go there next time!! "I will never go back, not for the reason that they are a little more expensive but for the way he treats his customers. I've been going there for a couple of years. They don't turn my white shirts yellow or break the buttons off from them. The owner has grabbed my cleaning and carried it to my car a couple of times, not because I needed him to, just to be nice. The language barrier is a small problem but they're very nice people and to this point very much the best option available around here. read more
