Another thing I like about their food is that it NEVER gives me heartburn. I lost my gallbladder and I am prone to heartburn but the food here is so well prepared that it never gives me heartburn no matter how much chili oil and peppers is in my food. The store is well stocked and nicely organized. There is only one checkout counter, and the store was busy when I was there, but everyone was friendly, even the other customers. The lady in front of me had a full cart, but when she saw I only had a few items, she waved me ahead of her. So nice and very appreciative. They also have a nice selection of floral options. Its always nice inside from what I've always experienced people are helpful and friendly and I've never had to wait in line for an extended period of time, everything is pretty easy to find and the store is always clean and open and bright. I always enjoy my trips to Trader Joe's, they also make it easy if my item is out of stock to make sure I have a way to get it in the future. I was told to call ahead and they will reserve the item for me for the day I plan to come by (since I live out of town) and to make sure the item is in stock.

They have a nice bakery, hot food section, deli, salad bar, wine bar, and meat/fish counter. There is a huge gourmet cheese selection - literally any cheese you may want (cow's milk, goat, sheep) from nearly any country, they seem to have it! They often offer samples (if I remember correctly, if you want to try a particular cheese, they will give you a sample of it)! There are soups, sandwiches, salads, and other hot foods like mac n cheese. The quality of the meats is great! Everything is very fresh and well-maintained. The produce is very fresh too! Although many of these products are higher-priced, their other grocery items (i.e. canned/boxed/bottled/frozen foods) are much surprisingly cheaper than other grocery stores. The store is consistently clean and organized. The store hasn't been updated/remodeled but it still has a timeless design that looks very neat. The staff members are very friendly and will quickly help you whenever needed. The store is never busy and you will rarely have to wait in line. I definitely recommend shopping at O'Brien's Market and will be back!

A couple months back I was charged for something I didn't purchase. It was for something that was over $40 and luckily I noticed within 10 minutes or so after leaving so I wasn't too far. But I got no apology. Most recently I feel like the quality of some of the things has gone down. This is the second time I've bought something frozen and had it been freezer burned. Specifically one of the tteokbokki frozen packages. I'll have to look elsewhere for it. Everyone there seems nice so hoping it gets better.
