This place is so cute! There's parking around the back and a back entrance. The front has an adorable patio we will be sure to visit in the summer. The ladies who were working were SO sweet. They were slammed with orders but made sure to thank us for our patience and got to us as quickly as they possibly could. We ordered a few different smoothies with various popping bobas. I highly recommend the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry poppers and the strawberry smoothie with lychee poppers. Incredibly creamy and fair priced. Definitely worth the wait. This is the best boba and banh mi in the area, hands down. I go here specifically for the sea salt cream coffee boba but nothing here is a bad choice. If you are craving Banh Mi and bubble tea, you should look no further than Bonbon Tea. I have ordered so many times at Bonbon Tea and I have always been satisfied with the food quality. The bread is freshly baked, meat is well-seasoned and they stuff their banh mi with lots of fresh herbs and vegetables, just like in Vietnam! To me, Bonbon Tea brings that authentic flavors and their banh mis are very similar to the ones you would get in Vietnam. They have many choices for bubble tea as well. The bubble tea is delicious and always a nice combo to get with the banh mi. The place seems to be family run and the ladies who work there are friendly and nice. I can recommend this for the boba. I can't recommend it for the sandwiches. They aren't bad, there are just better options in the Harrisburg area. For the boba. They have a pretty wide selection of flavors. One person got the traditional milk tea with boba. I got my favorite boba, the Japanese matcha milk tea. Someone else got a mango smoothie and the other person got the jasmine honey boba. They do their best to adjust sweetness. I like my matcha bobas with very little sugar and they did a pretty good job. I didn't measure the amount, but it looks like the larger size is a better deal for just $1 more. Overall, not bad. Prices are competitive. Quality is ok. Service is meh. read more

If you come here, be ready to wait a long time. Service is frantic and disorganized. We came in on a Friday evening, ordered 2 drinks, and got them after almost 20minutes of waiting. Flaming brown sugar milk tea- I ordered it half sweet because I suspected it was too sweet, I was right - even half sweet was almost too much. I didn't get as much brown sugar as I wanted out of the syrup, and compared to other brown sugar milk teas I've had, it tasted a bit artificial. I wouldn't get this again. It looks pretty though! I'll gladly update my review if I ever actually get to try the food, but it didn't happen for me today. The sign outside says "walk-ins welcome," but I was not even acknowledged by anyone even after standing in front of the counter for about 5 minutes. Several customers were standing around waiting. One customer went up to the register to cancel her order because it was taking too long. At that point I gave up and left. I guess the food must be good with all those people waiting, but I didn't have all day to find out. Maybe next time. read more

I have stopped here twice now, drawn in by the colored lights in the tree, like a crow with trinkets! Its a tiny little place, so ordering to go makes the most sense. All the drinks we have ordered so far have been really tasty! The food does take a little longer, only because they have a very small staff and make it fresh. The ban mi was good, and the spring rolls. Last time I waited a REALLY long time even though I ordered on the phone. But the lady informed me they lost someone due to a sick family member and so extra short staffed. She was super apologetic and sweet. I def would recommend this place exclusively for the drinks, that is the specialty! read more

We Viets did it again! The boba place was small yet they really know how to use the space well. I was surprised that they had food in there too. The service was nice and quick. I got the Oreo milk tea and it was good but it was just a bit sweet. Definitely will come here to try more flavors (wish they had a bit more flavors outside of fruit flavors). read more

Cute little boba shop in Harrisburg!!! My sister and I were craving bubble tea during a weekend night when we were visiting the area. I ordered a passion fruit with boba which is typically my go to order. I thought it was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet but I also opted for less sugar. My sister said her milk tea was also great. Stopped by here to get some boba with some friends after they highly recommended the place and really enjoyed it. It's a small shop but the staff is super friendly and I thought the boba was great. I got the passion fruit tea with tapioca and it had great flavor, wasn't too sweet and the tapioca were cooked well. They also had Banh mi that looked awesome, but I didn't try today. Will definitely be back in the future! Tip: get the L size it's only a $1 more and significantly bigger! read more

The Boba was very good... We also ordered Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi sandwiches - they were alright...instead of grilled chicken it had shredded chicken and was light on chicken too. Everywhere else we've eaten Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi (in DC, Baltmore, here in HBG, NYC etc.) it had the Vietnamese grilled chicken (as in the browned one) but this one didn't have it. Not sure that I want to have the sandwich if it has shredded chicken instead of grilled chicken (they should probably not call it grilled chicken too) read more

My mouth was drooling looking at the sub, even though the roll itself felt very hard. With the first bite, I went right down memory lane, sitting in my grandfather's green Ford Ranger. I scarfed it down, but well... I was disappointed. The bread was so hard that it almost scratched the roof of my mouth. The cheese was just bland, not bursting with flavor, and the salami and pepperoni slices had no flavoring to them at all. I think the only thing that saved it was the hot peppers that I added. To make matters worse, I also noticed the bathrooms were dirty, which is never a good sign. I also felt very slow and sluggish afterward. I don't think food is supposed to do that; food is supposed to give you energy, not slow you down. I do not recommend this place for a sub at all. I'd rather get one from a pizza shop or even Sheetz--and I think all Sheetz food tastes like cardboard, but that's just me. I hope my review helps you decide where to get your sub next!

But when you go, you go all the way: 22-ounce Coca-Cola, burger, fries. No half measures. And the crowd? Office guys in suits on their lunch break. Capitol crowd. That's the vibe. He said I wouldn't like the Kaan because Americans don't like it. When I said I wanted some dishes extra extra spicy, he tried to talk me out of it multiple times. I didn't mind the guidance, but I don't like the assumption that people like me don't like spicy food. And if I confirm I really do want it spicy, please don't keep trying to convince me otherwise. Despite having to argue for spicy food, the food itself was absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. We had two dogs with us as we were rounding out a camping trip in nearby Halifax, and the staff was more than accommodating by bringing out a bowl of water for them. The restaurant itself is a sprawling campus featuring beautiful vintage architecture inside the main building, alongside a modernized covered patio for comfortable outdoor dining all year round. Service was excellent throughout our meal. We made these reservations a few weeks in advance for such a large party with animals, and they were completely ready for us when we arrived. The food was above average and exactly what I have come to expect from slightly upscale American brunch spots. I opted for the kitchen sink breakfast, which is rightfully named since it includes eggs, a thick slice of country ham, biscuit and gravy, and home fried potatoes. Everything was well prepared and really hit the spot after being outside for a few days of camping. I also split an order of the strawberry ricotta pancakes with my wife and was very impressed. I am not usually one to eat pancakes, but these were incredibly light and fluffy. The ricotta complimented the strawberries well, making the dish taste very similar to a strawberry shortcake. Overall, this is a solid brunch spot with great ambiance that I can highly recommend if you are in the Harrisburg area.

Second, I've known that all their beers are top notch, which is why I wanted to come here. I'm not an IPA guy, but the black IPA is some top notch stuff that anyone can appreciate. Not super hoppy, really well balanced. Blonde stout is another superb creation, Lancaster gets some depth into it that many other breweries can't manage. Third, if you want food, they learned from the Food Network and limited their menu to just a few choices, all excellently prepared. I ordered the Angry Mac with gator meat. It had excellent flavor, they made it spicier like I asked, and unlike most places they provided plenty of meat. Great quantity and great taste that I wasn't expecting. I tasted my friend's polenta and it was perfectly balanced with some cheese, not too salty. I could eat that for days. Finally, Eva, our waitress? Wonderful. My friend and I were weighing dessert, we wanted a brownie but not the whole hot fudge brownie sundae. Eva made it work and even split it between heated and cold. What a great server. Props to Eva! To get this quality of food, this quality of beer, this quality of service, and this quality of ambiance all in one? No wonder my friend was willing to go two days in a row. Our server was Arley who was superb. My girlfriend and I both got flights. Unlike most other breweries I've been to that serve 4 beers to a flight and might charge extra for high ABV beers, Lancaster Brewing Co. serves 6 to a flight and only charges $13. That's a great deal in my experience. My girlfriend ordered the pulled pork sandwich and I ordered the lamb burger. Both came out quickly and were top notch. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again. In the meantime, I'll keep looking for their beers at the liquor store.
