    Cool decor!

Love the robotic server that plays a sweet Bach tune that reminds me of childhood piano-playing. The food is perfect here. Vegetarian vegan meals are available as an option for many menu items. Tofu spring rolls are perfectly encased, p l ump, and fresh. Owner David is super! Prices are mid-range comparable to similar high quality establishments. Located in an easily accessible and adequate parking area, Pho #1 is joined by other favorable businesses. You may choose to eat indoors or outside. Comfortable seating g awaits. Visit this gem soon!

This is the second time I've been here. It was exciting to see some of the updates like the robot server! The food was fantastic. Thai chicken sandwiches, spring rolls, and chicken fried rice. I will definitely be back. The place looks amazing.

I attended a Yelp event here and can't say enough nice things. The restaurant is open and airy. The owner and staff are friendly and delightful. Our food was served by a robot, which I thought was the cutest thing ever. The owner and staff were friendly and service was great. I had chicken banh mi that I really enjoyed. All of the components were flavorful and had their place in the sandwich--- well seasoned protein, pickled veggies, cool cilantro and cucumber, and a fresh and crusty bread. I loved it. As part of the event we also had chicken fried rice and veggie spring rolls, which were also really tasty. The event ended and I really wanted to have some pho. It's brutally cold outside and hot soup sounded like the perfect way to end our night. I ordered 2 small bowls of their #3 pho, which had eye of round steak and brisket. First off, the "small" bowls are not really small. It's a pretty big portion. The broth was flavorful and my bowl was FULL of noodles. The base soup also had sliced green onions in it. My husband and I like our pho fully dressed so we both added bean sprouts, cilantro and basil, lime and jalapeno, and then sriracha and hoisin sauce. Was absolutely delicious.

I was privileged to find this gem from a yelp event I attended. The first thing to note is the service...this restaurant owner was the kindest restaurant owner I have ever met! I felt like he was welcoming me into the restaurant like I was family. Everyone at the event was perfectly attended to for all needs and with the kindest demeanor. The food was also brought out by a robot! Which was a really cool and fun experience :) For the food...we tried a few staples and then I had to try a few more by taking some food home. We first started with the mini vegetarian spring rolls. These were super crispy and light and served with a lovely, sweet sauce that balanced the flavors nicely. Then, because we were a large group, we got a "build your own" banh mi sandwich platter. I am not sure if they do this for the regular sandwiches, but I liked the approach; it was fun! I was able to add as much cucumber, carrots, cilantro and jalapenos as I wanted to my sandwich. The bread was also soft but slightly crunchy (a sign of a great Vietnamese sub roll). Lastly, we were served chicken fried rice. I do appreciate how much chicken and egg they put in this rice! However, my only critic would be that the flavor was slightly lacking in the dish... Then, to fully review a Vietnamese restaurant, I need to try their pho and summer rolls. We got the sirloin and brisket pho, and shrimp summer rolls to-go. This pho was packaged so nicely, with the meat component being in a separate bag from the other accompaniments. The broth was also SO FLAVORFUL! The summer rolls were also very authentic and served with a sweet umami peanut butter sauce that you HAD TO double dip into (haha). A great Vietnamese restaurant found in the middle of Pennsylvania...I will be returning!

Unexpectedly delicious pho passing through PA! Friendly service, including the robot, and good portions. Hit the spot on a cold winter evening.

Service was pleasant when ordering takeout, and I really wanted to like the place but.... noticed a few things. Their broth of the pho P1 that we ordered was good, but the toppings were mostly just veggies, and was lacking meats (1 meat ball, 3 pcs of sliced thin meat, 2 tiny tendons, and 2 very small pcs of sliced beef). Stingy. I enjoy tendon, so I thought they would be large like other places. It wasn't, it was 2 small pcs of tendon, of which I ordered extra 2 for almost $4, so I actually had 4 tiny pcs. Also, they were extremely hard/too chewy, didn't enjoy it, tendon is usually not as hard as theirs. The MOST disappointing thing there was their Spring Roll. For $7, it shouldn't become gooey, and fall apart as it did. See photos. Overall, disappointed, as their ratings are 4.8!! Low standards, I'd say. Didn't eat in but ambiance seemed clean, but nothing extraordinary or special about the restaurant. We won't be going again as there are better places.

The perfect lunch stop on our road trip! Food: excellent pho with super flavorful anise and really balanced and nuanced broth with high quality brisket, thinly sliced beef, flavorful tendon, great meatballs, and very fresh herbs; Banh xeo crepe is very flavorful and perfectly crispy without being oily, perhaps the best I've ever had; fresh summer rolls (called spring rolls here) with shrimp pork and noodles Service: very friendly, efficient, no complaints! Cozy and clean interior, completely shaded open air patio outside, which is adjacent to the patio for the bar across the way which plays loud but good music. They seem to have some robot to deliver dishes to tables! We were outside so we didn't get to see it in action.

Service: super friendly owner & water server :) Food/drinks: decent Vietnamese dishes. Egg coffee was really good. Highly recommend this hidden gem if you're in the area.

First timer came to pick up some Yelp swag for a virtual event on a day they are typically closed (thanks for opening for us Yelpers!!) I had a hard time finding it at first, as it is situated on the second story between Aroogas and the rest of the Plaza, not seen from the parking lot. But once I knew to walk up the steps, it was right there. They offered to fill to-go orders so I ordered some Crispy Spring Rolls (K1), Pho with 3 kinds of meat and Beef Fried Rice. This is easily some of the best Pho I've had in the area--flavorful broth and super fresh ingredients to add to it. The spring rolls were light and crispy with delicious filling. My fiancé enjoyed his Beef Fried Rice as well. A huge thanks to Kristina, the Yelp Community Manager, for her generosity in providing us each with complimentary chicken or shrimp fried rice, which also came with a few extras (spring roll and shrimp). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to return!

This would be a go-to of mine for their Vanilla and Oreo Frozen Latte. It's basically a frappuccino but with more of an Asian, milky, and creamy vibe to it. Just yesterday I tried their bubble tea for the first time and it is bomb. I get that language barrier might be a bit of a problem with customer service, but they are still really nice and serve their drinks well. The prices are obviously great for the quality, and I believe they are underrated, especially for an area like Harrisburg where we don't have as much to offer tbh.

Our usual go to boba place is Bon Bon Tea in Paxtang area, I believe, and that's far because we live near Linglestown. Bon Bon puts too much ice and I never thought to ask them to put less ice so over here you can order less ice, which makes your boba tea last longer. I ordered the Earl Grey tea and I loved it. I usually get Thai iced tea boba, but Earl Grey is so mild and smooth. My drink lasted an hour as I ate it with my shrimp spring rolls, which were healthy, good, and filling. Husband and son got the sandwiches and pork egg rolls. The sandwich bread was perfect. Not hard and from Giant like other local Viet places. The bread tasted fresh baked and was not super hard. We wish they had more sandwich options though. Anyhow, this is going to be our new Viet boba place. Drink- for $7-$9, I expect a lot more, and I grew up in a boba capital of the US (SoCal) so I think I've trained my taste pretty well. The flavor of the brown sugar was nice, but without tea, the milk mellowed it a little bit too much. I got half sweet which was a good idea otherwise it would be way too sweet. The boba were super disappointing. Tough/dry texture and no flavor. By the end of the drink they just tasted like dough, which leads me to believe the boba pearls aren't well made and the syrup they're in is doing all the heavy lifting. The combination banh mi was excellent! It's new for me to see the veggies packaged in a ziploc and paired with the warm sandwich, but I don't mind it. Great flavor and tasty bread. Would get again. Experience : Came in on a Tuesday at 1:30 and it was PACKED, loud, and hot. About 10-15 people waiting for drinks/food, cashier quoted 10-15mins for a drink and it turned out to be around 20, so not bad. There is a mandatory tip screen which I don't love. The private parking lot is a mess, I really hope the nearby strip mall parking is allowed or if there are any more than 5 cars it's a pain to go in / out. The ambience inside is quite nice and I can imagine it being a cute place to catch up with friends if you're lucky with your arrival and the crowd. I'll come back to try other drinks and absolutely for more sandwiches, but Harrisburg has a surplus of expensive yet mediocre bubble tea shops and so I hope they find their stride to improve drink and topping quality.
