My 1st time there tonight, and it will be my last. Besides a salad, I ordered potato soup. I ordered a bowl. It's literally a cup of liquid, with a few uncooked potato pieces in it. Thank god they gave me two pack of 2 crackers so I had something to chew! I'm curious to how small a cup of soup is. The only nice thing is I got to pick it up at the drive through window. P.S. This location has pretty good service, with a very responsive, very helpful crew, and a willingness to make suggestions that are firmly based on their own experiences. The New Yorker(a sandwich) Piled high with meat and served hot with a great sauce with chips and a drink cost is about 14.00 My second visit was with a friend. I ordered the lunch special with a half sandwich and a small salad for 10.99. The final price with a drink is 13.50. My friend ordered the same and was pleased. This deli is a main stream "brand" chain. The atmosphere is clean, bright and new. The seating is both booth or barheight tables so you can come here with a small group or a large one. My first time in any McAlister's, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Plenty of parking all around the building. Really nice interior and I enjoyed the ambiance, a little modern with local "flavor." Order at the counter, pick a table number and out comes the food, fairly quick, but it was not very busy. Standard service. I ordered the Reuben and a side of Mac n cheese. I had high hopes, but it was good, not great. Mac n cheese was warm and not nearly hot enough but quite delicious. Rueben was good, but nothing I haven't had before at McGrath's or Mr. Deli. Doubt I'll be back, but maybe give it one more try, we'll see. read more

Just so so now. Past few times we've stopped by items are out of stock, orders got to our table wrong, items missing from our orders and seems to be short staffed. They're also inconsistent on orders. Husband and I went and everything was fine but mom and I went this past weekend it was a total 180. My tea was very weak, hers was too sweet (both asked for unsweetened). My south west salad was great but turkey sandwich had little to no turkey and no pickle. Mom's BLT with avocado was good but her potato soup arrived cold and tasted sour like it was made with spoiled milk. They advertised a new strawberry shortcake but when we went to order it, it was sold out. Everything was inconsistent and staff looked stressed and short handed even though only a few customers were there. I'm addicted to this place! Their tea, their sandwiches, their baked potatoes, the service, the location, everything. Right now I'm on the Jalapeño Crunch kick. Oh my, oh my... it's smoked Turkey, pepperjack cheese and bacon warmed on a jalapeño ciabatta roll with avocado, jalapeño chips and I add spring mix and tomatoes. I generally don't like my sandwiches warm but I can't imagine eating this any other way.... I'm obsessed!! I haven't tried their Cane Sugar Lemonade yet because I'm addicted to the Sweet Tea...yes, I know I have a problem. I'll bow my head in shame now. Ok. Now that that's over, back to the tea! There's real fruit purée to add for a different flavor, my favorites are black cherry and mango. YUMMMMM I'll admit I was slow to warm up to this place. I'm a picky eater. I started out with just plain baked potatoes.... Delicious (and on that note, get a half order unless you can eat two large potatoes in one sitting or want leftovers). Was next store at good year tire and got hungry! This place was packed, a bunch of tables and 90% of them were filled at 1 o'clock on a Wednesday. Large menu with a lot of options! Ordered 2 $8.99 pick twos. Not pictured but the chicken Caesar salad wrap was delicious. If you ever order take out they only give you one small pack of butter make sure you ask for extra if you need more. read more

We tried this out yesterday evening. The food tasted very artificial and not fresh. We should have known better- we both ended up with very upset stomachs. Came here on a whim after hearing about this place. It gives fast casual like chipotle meets deli. It was clean and the service was awesome even when they were 1 hour from closing. We got the Reuben and the BLT as recommended. Reuben was a pleasant surprise and the meat is shaved perfectly thin to my friends surprise also - just the way she likes it. It was flavorful as well. Also wasn't expecting to be impressed by the BLT as bacon usually comes out soggy. This bacon was crispy and went so well with the freshness of the vegetables. Please give this place a try! It's well worth it with ample spaces to sit and great service. Great fast casual place for the family or a catch up date. They also do take out! read more

I have never left a 5 star review for a sandwich shop before, but this place deserves it! We have ordered delivery three times at work and each time McAlister's got the large order correct. That's a feat in itself, but the quality of the food is truly wonderful. I tried the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich the first time and really enjoyed it. The portion of turkey & bacon was generous, the jalapeño roll and chips inside were wonderfully spicy, the avocado and Mayo helped cool things down. The next two visits, I got the veggie sandwich. I don't usually order veggie-only things, but I don't miss the meat at all with this one. The roasted peppers are so flavorful and the sandwich is packed with cucumber, spinach, and avocado on a beautifully sweet 9-grain roll. The "healthy" rolls are usually dry and bland, but this one has a subtle sweetness to it that i really enjoy. I ordered some baked goods last visit and fell even more in love. The cookies are individually wrapped, which is nice bc you can save them for later if you want. So far, I've tried the sugar cookies and the brookie. The sugar cookies are buttery perfection. They seriously taste homemade. The brookie is half brownie/half chocolate chip cookie---mmm---get this! They have a nice selection of sides to choose from. I wasn't super impressed with the Mac & cheese, but the fruit salad is very good quality. This is now my go-to lunch spot. I can't wait to try their "spuds" and soups! read more

Ate here date night with my husband. I had a baked potato with chili cheese and bacon. Potato was soft and the chili was perfect. Their carrot cake is excellent. Very soft with big chunks of nuts. Don't come to this location unless you want to have your food be wrong every single time. I have been here multiple times because the food is good when they get it right, which is rare. 8/10 times I have been here, the food has been wrong. I keep being told it's an accident, but at some point, messing up your food constantly seems like it's done on purpose. This was the last time I will probably be coming back and it's such a shame because it seems that one of the staff cares, but not the manager or anyone else. Don't waste your money on this place if you can. I'd rather buy a frozen meal than come back again after being treated like this. read more

It's a new place so I wanted to try it. I ordered the McAlisters club sandwich and tried the potato salad. They were both so good! The sandwich was so fresh and the bread was toasted perfectly. The potato salad tasted like homemade. It was the best I've had. I am definitely hooked on this place! The first time I ordered it took a half hour. I've always been a fan of the chicken Caesar wrap and like the option for add ons (always add bacon to mine). If that's not your thing, the soups and salads are a hit in my family too. Staff is wonderful. Very polite. Location is clean. Odd menu. Odd changes to classic/staple deli sandwiches. Somethings are a classic for a reason. My go to is always an Italian Hoagie. A classic. McAlister's does have "the Italian" on the menu but...I certainly wouldn't call it that. Again, it's just odd. Brown Mustard aaaand balsamic? Both odd, balsamic less-so but mixed together? Spring Mix? ok, but still odd. It is a "hot sandwich" as a default which I would also consider strange. No hot peppers available(other than jalapeños). The various Italian deli meats also aren't quite right. I can't entirely be sure but pretty sure they substituted the salami with Lebanon bologna or some other cured bologna-like meat. It was not mortadella if that's what you're thinking... I took a look at some of the other "classic" deli sandwiches on the menu and they also have odd substitutions and changes. If classic cold cut deli sandwiches are your jam, this place probably isn't for you. I might give it a few months and try another sandwich, but I'm in no rush with other great options locally. read more

I never heard of this establishment before, so when I saw they moved in to the old Applebees, I researched and saw great reviews, in particular the teas! I would say it reminds me of a Jersey Mikes mixed with Panera? You order at the front and the reason I think Panera is the "you pick two" option. Our group of 5 all ordered something different, including the drinks! You order and get a number for your table, and they bring it out. The service was top notch and the employees super friendly and happy. The peach tea I had was fantastic! I had the jalepeno crunch sandwich, potato and cucumber salad and I ate all of it, with gusto! The jalepeno sandwich came on bread with jalepenos in it! The shop was so clean and fresh, the bathroom smelled like fruity pebbles. The franchise originated from Mississippi, fyi. Judging by the reviews this place is supposed to be "oh sooo good" Well being foodies this was our first time trying it. While the food is ok, portion for sides are very small for pricing.my husband ordered the spicy turkey melt he didnt get the pickle that was offered but no worries on that he didnt miss anything special I have a photo to prove that and I ordered the ciabetta smoke turkey nothing special to it. Both sandwiches came with deli sliced turkey instead of "real" turkey and sides I have photos of as well. I will leave that decision up to you. Both sandwiches came with the potato salad "sides".
