Tried to get a drink and snack at the Curtain Call, but it was too busy, with a long line, and really didn't offer anything of interest. Couldn't get a seat at the bar at LEO to get a glass of wine and an appetizer. We didn't want a whole meal, just wanted to nosh a bit with a glass of wine. We got a super sweet mix of yogurt coated nuts, which we didn't finish. The venue is MASSIVE, and could easily offer a place to provide some decent wraps, maybe a large Philly soft pretzel w/a honey mustard dip to share, mini-quiches, fruit salad, a cheese and/ or cheese and salami platter-- even AMtrak offers that! Why NO Chardonnay, NO Pinot Grigio? That's just pathetic. The Kimmel needs to upgrade their Pre-theater offerings! I was seriously disappointed by the options for pre-concert offerings for drinks AND noshing/snacking! Is this what they offer at Lincoln Center? If they need help with upgrading their offerings, they can contact me....

You can actually settle in without fidgeting the whole show. The lobby is tiny though, so getting in and out feels a little chaotic, especially during the holidays. It gives slight fire-hazard energy, but I get it. Popular show, peak season, everyone trying to squeeze in at once. Inside, everything is dressed up for the holidays with cute, festive decor. Staff was super friendly. Tickets were scanned fast and they were really attentive, especially helping older guests find their seats. Bathrooms are one floor down. I overheard someone with a cane trying to figure out ADA options, so accessibility could be easier to navigate. Restrooms were stocked but could use more frequent cleaning, which is pretty normal for a packed show. Overall, solid experience. Expect crowds and lots of foot traffic, but the vibe and performances make it worth it. Excited to come back for the Sherlock Holmes show.

Overall, the show touched on all the different holidays this season. The show did a nice job in featuring most of the actors/actresses in different musical numbers. My niece had a great time and was singing with some of the songs. Some of the songs were a bit more interactive than others. The cast would walk in where the crowd was sitting and get everyone to clap. I would say they had great energy. I would go back and see this show again. Kelsey theatre usually puts on a nice production! After the show was over, they offered light refreshments in the lobby. Then you could also take pictures with Santa.

The Box Office and concession people as well as the ushers were super welcoming. Since we had almost an hour and a half ride, of course we had to hit up the bathrooms, which were super clean and updated. The tiered seating was ideal as I never had to have someone in front of me blocking my view. The seating was very comfortable with ample room so you did not feel squished. The stage basically floated off the first row of seating. I liked the intimacy of that. The stage setting for the show was just perfectly done. There was plenty of stage to move around for the actors whether it was during their dancing scenes, the wedding scene or the fighting scene, there was plenty of room. To the side of the stage, there was a separate "smokehouse room" which also provided a lot of up close and personal entertainment. We were right next to it during one of the best scenes in the show. There was a ramp way to get up to the first level of seating so if you have a hard time climbing stairs, I would suggest buying your tickets early. Speaking of tickets this Theatre and show tickets were half the price of other venues yet the show was just as professionally done as anywhere else we've been. Hope to return soon.
