I ordered 2 root beers, a shareable sized seasoned fries and a 20 piece of half and half boneless chicken fully expecting to be enough for 2 people. The delivery came a little bit early which was nice. What wasn't so nice was when I open the boxes and I feel like this is the equivalent of a typical lunch order... For the low low price of almost $50... The fries at over $8 doesn't even fill up half the box. And the chicken, which costs $25 and change, is just over half a box and barely had any marinade on them. I've gone to half a 3 or 4 other bonchon locations and I know this isn't the typical price for this little amount of food... Not even close. The pickup time said 4:35 I got there at 4:45 but still had to wait another 10 mins. Didn't stress it, got my order and left. I live about 20 mins away but there was an accident or something when I got on 695. I was hungry, so naturally I grabbed a wing while sitting in traffic. I took a bite... it was mushy and cold! Now why are the wings I just picked up cold? Didn't stress it TOO much... yet. Continued on because with the traffic I just wanted to get home. Finally home and at this point the wings are REALLY cold so I popped a few in the oven to warm them. Fixed a plate with the "not at all fluffy" side of white rice and a few wings... the wings were just not good. They were over sauced and not crispy. After eating his first wing, my husband agreed. Ordered for pickup at 12:15, got to the restaurant on time and the order was packaged but they were out of all of the drink options that were available online. I was given the option to choose other drinks from the cooler. Problem solved. Return to work to unpack my order and realized that every item was cold. The tacos were packed poorly and spilled everywhere, wings were cold and items were missing (initially only noticed the fries and white rice were missing). We overlooked all that as they're usually great and people are working their butts off these days. Minor inconveniences with each order but not a big deal. But today we got badly burned chicken. I visited this location on a Saturday evening. I ordered online, so I could pick up quickly. My food was ready when I got there. I ordered the half and half (soy garlic and spicy) 8 wings combo. I chose the potstickers with my combo. The chicken was nice and crispy and delicious. The spicy definitely has a kick, but the pickled radish helps cool your mouth down. The potstickers were fried a little too hard for my taste. My soda was only half filled, had no ice and was disgusting. Didn't taste like root beer at all. That was a waste. Stopped by this new place yesterday to check out the wings. They were absolutely delicious! Twice fried and very crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside. I ordered half tossed in the spicy sauce, the other half in the soy garlic. Both were very good! Complimentary pickled radishes were great! I will definitely return soon to try some of their other offerings. Staff was well trained and accommodating, social distancing in place with both eat in or carry-out options in place. They also advertise an app where you can order and pay beforehand. I downloaded the app but unfortunately it wouldn't let me "sign up".
