Stopped here today to grab some lunch. They had just opened. It was pretty clean inside. It was a carryout. The cashier took my order. I ordered catfish nuggets with fried shrimp and it came with fries and coleslaw. I also got a frozen slushie drink and a piece of cheesecake. My food was ready within the fifteen minutes that they said it would take. I sat in my car and ate because I had another appointment in the area within the next hour. I didn't try the coleslaw because I'm simply not a fan of coleslaw. The fries looked delicious but, I didn't get to try them because I have up fries for lent. But, the catfish and shrimp were seasoned just right and came with hot sauce and cocktail sauce. You put the frozen drink in the cup yourself. I honestly don't remember the flavors. The fried zucchini had too much breading, the clams were fried to a crisp, as were the chicken thighs and everything must have been fried in the same oil because I couldn't tell one taste from the other!! This is very frustrating, because I would need to drive to the store to pick up the items after they had been delivered. Food was hot and ready when I got there. I ordered ahead of time per previous recommendations and the fact that they cook to order. $20 for 14 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of fish and fries. I thought that was a pretty good deal. My family of 4 ate for 20 bucks! I do feel that their style is very hip hop chicken and fish like. They also cover their food in a "special white dusting " but it doesn't seem to be as salty. That's a plus for me. Wing size was good too.
