This place has amazing Korean fried chicken. I also enjoyed the bao buns that they offer.

Iʻve only use to get delivery wings from here which were good but itʻs nothing special or different than other wing places. So hubby has been wanting to eat here for a while now since heʻs never tried. I wasnʻt impressed, but the 2 dishes That i would order, probably delivery only is Kimchi fryrice and pork belly buns. Sooo Tasty and Delicious! The bimbimbop was actually Dolsot style which I Love because the rice gets crunchy if you let it sit at the bottom. Hubby liked his chicken, but I like dark succulent meat preferably. Now the fries were unique, I did have to add some shoyu for flavor. The corn, is what I was really looking forward too, but it was aweful in texture and taste. The taste it had was bland but left like an aftertaste. Even after dousing with salt and shoyu and mixing in my BBbop it was just still bad. I think iʻll just order the buns, fried rice and wings next time, but from uber eats. Service was Great though and they were fast, but the food was meh aside from those 2 I really liked. read more

This was my first time trying this place and WOW!!!! EVER SINGLE MEAL that came out of the window looked INCREDIBLE!!! Especially the salads in which I will be going back to try!!! I got soy garlic, small combo wings to go and paid extra for the zucchini fries. The small combo actually comes with your choice of rice, pickled radish or slaw. I did see the rice on someone's order and like I said, everything coming out of the window as I waited for my to go order looked incredibly delicious!!! After driving home (about 10 minutes) my food was still hot. The wings and zucchini fries were extremely crunchy! As I probably wouldn't order the zucchini fries again, the wings were THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Only thing is they could have sent me out with a couple more dipping sauces. I did tell the guy it was my first time in so I feel he should have known, considering they gave me FOUR FULL SIZE DRUMSTICKS and the extra large flats! The service was decent but not overly happy. However very busy for the two servers so I get it! Now I missed happy hour so I wouldn't know those prices but the alcoholic drinks were overpriced but the food prices WELL WORTH IT!!! the food is good. large portions make the price worth it. it's a shame the service doesn't match the tastiness of the food. our waiter obviously has no experience waiting tables. he didn't understand the flow, how to do rounds for all his tables instead of touch one table, do things for that table, then check the next, do things for them, etc. he needs to touch all his tables at once and then go back and fulfill requests. because of his flawed methodology, service was extremely slow. i was glad we weren't in a hurry. if this were for a business lunch where you need to be in and out in 30-45 minutes, we'd be in trouble. aside from that, we were charged a dollar for a side of sauce for an order of plain (non-sauced) chicken (without any warning). this doesn't make sense. if the sauce is free when the chicken is tossed in it, why is there a charge to have it on the side? nickel-and-dime'ing your customers like that makes me not want to come back. and this is a shame, really. the food is really very quite tasty. seriously, the spicy sauce is phenomenal. but the service and up-charges will likely keep me away. read more

Tried Bonchon for the first time for pick up but the parking to get our food left much to be desired. The food was ready pretty fast. The person who greeted us was very friendly. The food was just okay. No real flavor except for spice. Very spicy. Wish I could have tasted other flavors. Will try again and hopefully it will be better next time. read more

Bummed after eating here. There was a mistake with our order, it was a large size when that's not what we ordered. We walked over to the server to bring it up multiple times before eating or touching anything - no solution was offered to us. We brought to her attention it wasn't what we ordered, it was much more than we needed and we were concerned about the price. Her only response was "it's only like $14 more" (than the size we had ordered). So we got to pay the full amount.... No solution offered. It was probably an honest mistake, but there was no resolve and I wasn't trying to spend that much. I love this chain the food is good, I was so excited to try this location so close to my house. Food is always 10/10 but dining in is always a little awkward. The tables are right on top of eachother so when it's busy you feel like you're eating with the people next to you. Not necessarily their fault as the place is a little small. I've been to this place 5 times and twice had the "crunch" chicken they advertise. It's just not crunchy. It's more chewy and somewhat dry. The bulgogi fried rice had a shocking lack of bulgogi and was just mediocre. The donut dessert was awesome. The fries are really good. read more

Food is amazing! Service is pretty terrible, if you have a lot of time to wait before you have someone come and take your order this is the place. It feels like you are a burden asking for soy sauce and a to-go container. I understand these things happen but when you bring a customer a drink and you see a white oily substance in the drink it's probably best not to serve this. The table spacing is horrible. Like I mentioned before the food is amazing. The doughnuts are highly recommended. The "spicy" dumplings are incredibly spicy! - highly recommend if you like spicy foods. I would recommend this place due to its food not its service. Once they get this figured out the restaurant has potential to be one of the best restaurants on the block. read more

And the ambiance was fine. With that said, this was by far the worst friend chicken I've ever had. Exterior was only slightly crunchy, interior was wet and slimy, making the wings inedible. The seasoned fries were cold but tasted ok. The chicken sliders were the best part of our order and were also cold. The manager was not helpful as she didn't check in with her staff or support them. I tipped very generously to my server Gaby, she seemed new but really worked hard. Wanted to give love to this spot that popped up in Westminster! We placed an order over the phone without issue for pickup and ordered a handful of things - wings, japchae, pork potstickers, fried rice, and the Korean donuts. It was all ready within 20 minutes and no issues picking up. The food was hot and hit the spot. The reviews on here are not adding up to our experience and wanted to share an honest review. Since this place just opened I will probably give them a second chance IF the food (which I am STILL waiting for) is any good. Currently I have been sitting at the bar for 15 minutes without as much as an offer of service. I ordered food to go. I would order a drink while I wait if anyone cared. This is a POOR launch by any definition. And it's not even crowded. I was told it would be 30-45 minutes. I said I would just dine in then. The guy said that could be an even longer wait. Someone would have to explain the logic of that to me since half the tables are empty. UPDATE: Finally waived someone down and asked for a drink at 27 minutes. Service was extremely slow while we were there, I get this location is new but the restaurant was only half filled on a weekend there should have been enough staff we waited about 20 min at our table before someone even came to ask for drinks or an order. No one ever came to check up on the table the hour we were there until we flagged someone down. The food was.. decent we got wings and the chicken Katsu as well as the Pork buns. The sauces for the wings are good I like the Soy Garlic a tad more than the Spicy but both are good. The Katsu was the best of all the food we got and the pork buns would be good if it wasn't for my biggest gripe with the restaurant, the coleslaw. Why is this even on the menu it doesn't pair well with anything on the menu so far and it comes with everything, it's on the pork buns and came with both dishes. It's not good and detracted from everything else my partner and I had about 1-2 bites of it and didn't touch it again. Also I don't know if the kimchi is made in house or not but for a Korean food place it's by far the worst I've had in Denver so far. First off, the wife and I love Bonchon fried chicken. We've been to the Northfield location numerous times, and while the service was never great, it was fine. This place is an absolute mess. The first time we went we had incredibly slow and bad service, were hoping it was a fluke. Tried to go there for dinner tonight and they had ONE server (and no bussers) for the entire ~12 table dining room. That server was also running food for the bar and trying to handle to-go orders since the incredibly lazy "bartender"/hostess was barely doing anything. We saw numerous frustrated tables including one that walked their check to the server in a desperate attempt to finally leave. It's clear that the owners/managers are trying to skimp on labor costs by massively understaffing. We ended up walking down the block and getting immediately served at a restaurant that values its customers. read more
