Bonchon is now open in Worcester! I stopped by on grand opening weekend and the place was packed. There was a long line inside, about 25 customers ahead and seating area half full. Online ordering was turned off. It took about 45 minutes to reach the register. I've already enjoyed the Korean fried chicken at their Nashua NH location, so I decided to order something different. Besides Korean fried chicken, they also offer other Korean dishes, bowls, noodles, fried rice, sandwiches, fries, snacks, and Korean donuts. I ordered a Soy Garlic Mopo Corn Dog ($4.99 plus tax) and a Japchae ($15.99 plus tax) for takeout. The order was ready to go in 15 minutes. The Korean Corn Dog had a mozzarella cheese & hot dog center, coated with golden crunchy potato cubes and a spicy mayo for dipping. The Japchae dish had soft glass noodles, carrots, onions, spinach, red peppers, mushrooms and bulgogi stir-fried with soy garlic sauce, topped with sesame seeds. This dish had good hearty flavors. Overall, the Korean Corn dog and Japchae dish were both very good. I would come back to this Gold Star Blvd location once the newness wears off. For the time being, I'll continue to stop at the Lowell or Nashua Bonchon locations. read more

This location is always a hit or miss for service. One thing I've never had is quick service but another thing I've never had is a bad dish here so I've got to give it to them. Delicious chicken katsu is always my go to! read more

Trying to get ahead of possible negative reviews for New Years Eve Sadly this place was not prepared for the volume of orders they received tonight My pickup order was scheduled to be ready at 6:07pm but at 7:15pm I decided to go home for a while. The entire place was PACKED, all tables full, nowhere to even stand. There were people still waiting that had been there since 5:30pm. No one had food. They were working as quickly as possible but they were totally overwhelmed. There were at least 15 orders ahead of me, I just had to leave. It was too packed for me to wait in the crowd I returned at 8:30pm to ask for a refund but they had my order so I took it. Even tho it was cold, it was super delicious. I honestly can't wait to get food here on a non-holiday. I'm giving this place a 5 star because the food was excellent, the staff was extremely dedicated to getting everyone their orders, and I know this isn't a typical night for them I'm so sorry to the staff that worked 12/31/25 - you guys are awesome read more

The staff is friendly and place is clean except they seems little lost, take forever for the food to come out. Good for take out. However a lot of things on the menu is not available I think they still in training mode. read more

I didn't dine in here or order takeout. I ordered through the Too Good to Go app (iykyk) and their pickup window is between 10:00-10:30pm. I arrived at 10:16pm only to discover they canceled my order at 10:06pm. I live 30 minutes away. Not a professional move on their part. They didn't just open up and participate in this program either. Based on other negative reviews, seems to be their trend here. This place gives the Bonchon in Lowell a horrible name read more

Went last night and had the worst experience! Issues with the kiosk ,humans don't take orders and some of my order didn't go through. I was told they've had issues with that kiosk before. Food took 30 minutes and was delivered to table 1 plate at a time, about 10 minutes apart so first person waited and had cold food. Order was messed up and food was NOT good, wings had too much sauce and too salty to eat, bibimap was bland. The food had no flavor and didn't taste like it does at other locations. The portions, especially the fried rice and fries--were noticeably smaller. To make things worse, the service was slow and the staff didn't seem knowledgeable. read more

I ordered three times there since they been open for a week. and the portion sizes are different every time. One time was good the other two was awful. My wings were puny size, and I spent almost 100 bucks each time for very minimal quantity. Very sad since I love bonchon. You spend alot to not get much food read more

Girl at counter was very polite, I ordered a small wing to go, took longer than I expected to get food since I was there early and no one else was there. When I got home I had all drums in the order no flats usually when you get wings it's half and half, I called to complain and the manager says that's how we do it it's all random in what you get, didn't apologize or offer anything. Been to this place a few times since opening and ordered their drumsticks. They were hit or miss. One time a few were overcooked and the skin got so dry. Last week got drums with the yangyeom sauce, not sure if they gave me the wrong order or if they changed their recipe it was way too spicy. I've ordered the same sauce every single time so I know what it tastes like. It's got the super hot spice all over the drums and not the sweet and mild sauce. We couldn't even eat. Food was very tasty. Staff very unfriendly. It took an extraordinarily long time for the food to come. Bathroom was disgusting.

Ordered here a couple times and each time I feel super sick and my stomach is in pain I definitely will never eat here again.

Words can't explain the disappointment in this place. First of all the amount of food you get for the price is ridiculous. When we got our wings more than half of them were cold, not cooled down but Ice cold! The spicy rice cakes were so boring. Lacked so much flavor the ones u buy in the frozen section are way better. Just taking my time to say that I'm super happy I stopped by today. I've been to the Boston location Bonchon and have been super excited for this location to open. The food was delicious although I was a bit upset at first because the chicken was undercooked. Honestly the staff was very friendly and made the experience remain a 5 star experience for me.
