If this review can convince just one person not go to Bond Clinic - at least the one at 500 E Central Ave in Winter Haven, FL - I will not have written this in vain. This is my experience. I initially went there in June of this year. I had to go back for blood work, and while sitting in the waiting area, I noticed at least ten of the many chairs there had cracked vinyl and stuffing protruding out of them. These were not very high quality chairs to begin with. Once I went in to get my lab work done, the area where they were doing labs had the same dilapidated chairs. I went to use the restroom to get a urine sample. it was disgusting. The baseboards were old and filthy. The instruction signs were printed on paper that was crinkled and stained. It was around 10 am and the trash can was already full. The soap dispenser, water faucet, paper towel dispenser, and light switch all had to be touched manually - nothing was motion activated. (It's 2025.) There was also no pass thru window to place samples. I had to walk around with my urine and ask someone where to put it. I contacted the patient advocate for Bond Clinic and informed her of my experience, and she said that Bond Clinic would be merging (?) with Advent Health and she couldn't guarantee what changes might be occurring. Now this might be the icing on the cake. POSSIBLE TRIGGER WARNING: I'm a 60 year old woman in good health and have been going to the gynecologist for decades. The last doctor I had was amazing, but sadly this year my insurance changed so I could no longer see him. I will try to put this delicately. In recent years - perhaps with advancements in technology - and possibly the expertise of the mostly good doctors I've been fortunate to have - I've usually had a pap smear that was uncomfortable for just a few seconds and then it was over. Enter my new gynecologist at Bond Clinic. She seemed nice at first. I won't name her, but she has an Eastern European accent and said that she was trained in France. Anyway, she does her business down there - and it felt like she put one of those little metal clamps that hold paper together inside of me. But, it gets better. This b$!ch leaves it in there for like 90 seconds while she goes back and forth to a little cart and is pumping something. I almost felt like crying, but anger won out - even though I was able to remain calm and keep my mouth shut. I vowed I would never go back there again. Thankfully I was able to change my doctors with my insurance. I pray that no one ever has to go through what I went through. They clearly have no regard for their patients or even their employees. read more

Wonderful doctors, excellent radiology and Labs, office and floor cleans. A big parking lot. radiologist, cardiology and general surgeon the best, excellent care quality. They are renovating the building. I didnt like the gynecologist was rude. Advent Health bought it and I hope all will be better. We had good experience @ the hospital. read more

I've been a patient of Bond Clinic going on eight years now. I've seen the outstanding Dr. Eldeeb this whole time for all my interventional procedures and I see his amazing nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey once a month for my medication management plan. I could not be happier with the level of care and service that I receive from everyone in the office from Kennedy at the front desk to Alyssa with my prescriptions, Dr. Eldeeb for all my injections and RFA's and on an ongoing basis with nurse practitioner Gary Lyndsey. The office has gone above and beyond to help me live a comfortable and functioning life if it wasn't for them and the amazing care that I receive I wouldn't be able to enjoy spending time with my family on any little adventure we get to partake in I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eldeeb and his amazing staff to anyone that asks who helps me live such a comfortable life. I feel very blessed that they came into my life when they did to help me after a failed back surgery that left me in more pain than I was in before the surgery happened now with proper medication management and interventional injections and ablations I'm able to get out of bed every day with a smile on my face and know that I'm not gonna be bedridden by noon. My life was so miserable by being riddled with constant pain and now I'm able to function while not completely pain-free, but absolutely better than where I was before! I agree with a review written by the person on Aug. 20,2025, the place hace has gone down hill, It LOOKS like a CLINIC!! it is worn, area's are not kept up, My biggest complaint is that trying to call your doctors and getting a voice mail to leave, you aren't called back especially about an appointment to change, if you don't keep it you will be charged!! HOW can I change an appointment when no CALLS you back. PLUS doctors do not listen to your concerns about changing meds on you if you have allergies, who knows your body better than yourself!!! Every time I call Bond Clinic to speak my doctor, I get voicemail and more voicemail every time. But When I call my cardiologist I have no problem. Same Clinic So when I tried to call Bond Clinic to call my doctor again, I get voicemail and more voicemail every time again and again. This is so ridiculous. Just to get a referral for cardiac heart therapy is a living hell combined with the worse nightmare ever. Voicemail and voicemail and more voicemail. I've been communication with Advent Health and my insurance company and no problem at all. When I call my cardiologist no problem at all. Advent Health is having problems with Bond Clinic also, have been waiting for a few weeks. I had to cancel the appointments due to lack of communication and missing information. I ask myself every time...why do I stay here, why not change doctors or clinic? I have the right to switch doctors. Shouldn't I? But I will stick with him and only because when I finish my therapies, then I'll switch doctors. I love my doctor and he is very good but unfortunate he works with the wrong clinic. I've been a patient there 9 months after moving from Jacksonville. The two doctors I have seen are very competent, but the rest of the organization is pathetic. I have had trouble scheduling X-Rays. I had to drive down there to do it after three days of not being able to get anyone on the phone. A kidney doctor told me I needed a renal scan and they said they couldn't do one for four months. So I went to Advent Health in Lake Wales and got one in 4 days. That doctor also sent me for lab work. I got to the lab and they told me it had a wrong diagnostic code so Medicare wouldn't pay for it. So I had to go back and get a new lab order so I could go back to the lab and get the test without paying $265 for it. In June I had a swollen foot. The doctor said I needed a scan for a blood clot and the appointment they got me was 3 months away. No one on the staff there seemed to understand that its dangerous to walk around for 3 months with a blood clot. When I complained to the doctor, he got me one that very afternoon. I've gone for several blood test there and have had to wait for up to 50 minutes after my scheduled time. So now I go to Quest Diagnostics where I wait less than 10 minutes. So now I want to change to AdventHealth and it looks like the charges to get r my medical records will cost me up to $25. It will be worth it to gte away from these inept fools. read more

Dr. Cecilia Arango refused to help until she got all my medical records from previous PCP, which I understand but when she did get all my medical records she failed to read any of them and called me a liar when I told her what I was diagnosed with and refused to send me to the proper specialist for my condition. When you check out, Dr. Arango announces to everyone in hear shot what your problem is, any rx's, follow up info and just tells all your business right to everyone, no privacy in this practice at all, HIPPA disregarded here and there are no doors on the practice so everyone in the hallway hears your business too. Originally from MA; I went to MA GENERAL HOSPITAL, lived in IL for 31 years going to Northwestern Hospital and now in FL for 13 years. FL MD/CLINICS have shorter days they work; Fridays work until 12Noon. There is very little strictness on how MD practices are run unless the MD demands it. They lie they tell you (and give you papers that state you get a x amount and give you that amount for the first visit and the second give you the same amount as the first time and on the third visit (was there 2 hrs + ) and said the pay you got on the second visit was for the 3rd visit and don't give you anything. The papers that I got said 75$ for the 1st visit and 75$ for the second visit and when you go on the 3 rd visit it states you get 150.00$ on the paper and they try to tell you the 75$ they gave you was for the second and third visit so your there for 2 hours and do t get nothing which is not what the paper they gave you said read more

There is a phlebotomist at your Central Avenue location, named April, who is absolutely amazing!! I have had very bad experiences over the years at many locations with phlebotomists and nurses finding a vein to take my blood. I dread having blood drawn. I have rolling veins and difficult to find veins. April ALWAYS locates and draws blood the first needle stick! She is excellent at her job, very professional and friendly. This is an update to the prior review I posted on 10/9/2018. After that review, I filed a complaint with the Florida State Health Department; I felt I had met my civic duty in doing so and was done with the matter. On 10/18/2018 I finally had my first and only appointment with Dr. Lopez at the Bond Clinic. My post-surgical problem with my right hand following major surgery at the Orlando Regional Medical Center on May, 8th 2018, has been overseen exclusively by Dr. Lopez's nurse practitioner. The 10/18/2018 appointment was my annual wellness check-up appointment with Dr. Lopez. He seemed unaware of the problem his nurse practitioner had been treating for over three (3) months! At the end of this appointment, Dr. Lopez brought up the issue of the invalid thyroid panel (please refer to previous post). I said as far as I was concerned, the matter was closed; I filed a complaint with the Health Department it was now the responsibility of the Health Department to investigate the event as it deemed appropriate. Dr. Lopez stormed out of the office and threatened to drop me as a patient. On 10/22/2018 (four days following the appointment), Dr. Lopez sent me a letter via certified mail delivery informing me that he was abandoning me as a patient and moreover, that the Bond Clinic would not allow me to see any other Doctor at the Clinic. Dr. Lopez canceled all my existing appointments with specialists at the Bond Clinic and all tests that had been previously scheduled. I wish I could post a copy of Dr. Lopez's letter here. How would you feel if you booked a flight from Orlando to Miami and mid-air, the pilot parachuted out of the airplane? Dr. Lopez abandoned me in the middle of treatment and now I have to start all over, even though I am now at high-risk of incurring permanent joint damage in my fingers (even possible loss of the fingers) due to the length of time the injury has gone untreated. I had such a terrible experience at this clinic that I felt compelled to write. I was feeling beyond sick for months suffering with pain, the two doctors I saw at this clinic, who where beyond inept, couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. The second doctor misdiagnosed me with a gastro issue and was about to preform surgery when my former daughter in law (who is a doctor in another state), stepped in and insisted I cancel the surgery, as this procedure would have dramatically effect my life. Thank God she did. Over the phone after a few suggestions (that where not effective), she insisted I get checked for gallstones. At my insistence I had a sonogram only to find that my gallbladder was filled with stones!!! I am lucky I wasn't septic. This was not something that should have been so difficult to diagnose. Terrible experience as a first time patient!! It's a 5 floor building that's overwhelming!! First you have a temp check which is understandable but it took 3 mins to get through. Then everyone that I asked for directions were rude!! I finally figured out where I had to go. I get to the gynecologist office of Carlos Gabriel and by the time I signed in it was 8 mins passed my appointment time and they turned me away saying they have a 5 min window!!! Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Jorge Torres, Internal Medicine, at Bond Clinic for the past three years. Dr. Torres and his entire staff are to be commended for being exceptional in every way, shape and form. Dr. Torres takes time with each of us, explaining what our lab work numbers are and mean and makes copious notes in our computer charts as he speaks with us. Dr. Torres orders tests which he believes we need to get a whole picture of our individual health. Dr, Torres sincerely cares about each and every one of his patients, new and current, young or older. He treats everyone like they are his own family, with his friendly and very knowledgeable conversation. I have been to many doctors in my lifetime and wished I had doctors of Dr. Torres' caliber along the way. The staff is friendly and very professional and we refer people we meet new to the area or looking for a new internal medicine physician to be sure to get an appointment with this extremely fine doctor. Do not go here! Billing department is horrible. They don't file Insurance appropriately for billing and it took 6 months for them to re-file a claim multiple times. Also saw a primary care physician here who ordered a rx for a thyroid medication and told me to follow up in 6 months, not 6 weeks which is normal protocol. I know this because I'm a nurse. Being an elderly patient it is difficult to write a less than a satisfactory review regarding the Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine clinic part of Bond Clinic and Dr. Lerner in particular. My first encounter with the clinic and Dr. was Feb 25th 2019 because of calcium spurs on my knee. X rays were taken to collaborate the diagnosis and I was told Dr. not in house; come back the next day at 3pm. Dr.Lerner was not available to me, however a very compassionate aide/nurse fitted me with a brace. Three weeks later I received a note to see Dr. Lerner. As I had seen someone else I declined. To the problem in hand, I have had Carpal tunnel syndrome 30 years ago and during the last half of this year, it has flared again. From Dr. Lerners group all I required was a nerve induction test. The lady on the phone persuaded me to see Dr. Lerner. My appointment was at 9:30 today(6-20-19). I was quickly seen by a polite radiologist. At 10am I was ushered into Dr, Lerner's waiting room. The only reading material present, was looking at, million dollar yachts. Almost an hour an a half later we asked the front desk, when we would be seen. Was told, the Dr. was giving two shots to a patient and we could be next. To me that was unacceptable, and we left, not pleased at all, around 11:30. I glanced on my referral sheet -- 'New Patient'. Have been a patient with Bond clinic on and off since 1998. . The Orthopedic Clinic being part of Bond clinic P.A & Dr. Lerner show very little regard to Senior citizens. If you read this review and are a senior citizen, stay away from Dr. Lerner's clinic. read more

NEVER EVER go here. Dr.Magno and his staff are the epitome of unprofessionalism!! Not really sure how they are still open for business after the way they talk to their patients on the phone and in person. Do not waste your time coming to this office even if your life depended on it. The front staff would much rather speak of their personal business instead of tending to their patients when they should. Also the back staff should probably not talk about the patients badly especially nearby when the patient can still hear you. I had an appointment to get an echocardiogram at Winter Haven Hospital. The appointment was made by Heart & Vascular Institute. They were the specialist I was referred to by my Primary Care Physician. The test went routinely, I went home and a bill came to me from Bond Clinic. Dr. Muhammad Mustafa had stolen my medical records, made a cursory and inaccurate report, and billed me. I had never had any appointments with Bond Clinic. So I went to their offices, and was told Dr. Mustafa would not speak with me. I told them I would never pay the bill, and I left my phone number, so the Dr. could call, or Bond Clinic coild schedule an appiontment. NO COMMUNICATION. Now, I had 2 doctors tell me I needed this test. Mustafa report said "no" problem whatsoever. Anyone could have done this report in 5 minutes. It contained about 15 words. 4 months later, the bill came again, discounted to 1/3 price. I still will not pay it. They are RUDE AND UNCARING, and I am pursuing a case against them. read more
