We visited on 4th of July as a group of 6 with 2 dogs. After just having been camping we wanted something simple with outdoor seating. They immediately ushered us in and said we could select any table outside. They brought us water for the dogs, took our drink order, brought that out and took our food order promptly. We had a really nice server who gave us some camping recommendations (thanks!). Our group ordered 4 pizzas and almost devoured every bite alongside some mocktails and cocktails. TL;DR staff was incredibly rude, drinks were gross, food was mediocre, some of the bread was raw, pizza was not 10" circumference as listed, wouldn't let us use the restroom despite spending about $80 We ordered online when we were about 10 minutes out. Online said that it would be ready in 30-35 minutes, so we went to a different part of town to look around. I got the text that the pizza was ready about 15-20 minute early. Even though we were on the other side of town, we were fine with that because surely our pizzas were in a warmer, and drinks in the fridge. They were not. The pizza was lukewarm. When we walked in, they were BLASTING music, but apparently they had closed early and were cleaning, so they weren't expecting anybody. Even though our order was waiting for us? The music volume was definitely off putting, but who doesn't like music when they're cleaning. We walked in and a girl with dirty blonde hair greeted us by saying "uhhh, we're closed??" (Google and yelp AND your online order system show differently). I let her know we had an order to pick up and she asked the name in a similar tone, which genuinely made me stutter because I could not understand why this girl was being so incredibly rude. We were on a road trip, so the facilities were desperately needed, my boyfriend asked if we could use the bathroom, and she looked at him as if he asked if he could kick her puppy. And then sneered and snidely said "no", because obviously that was the most ridiculous question. We ended up having to go to Safeway (that was disgusting, do not recommend). She then slapped down my reciept on the counter for me to sign, heavily set down our drinks next to it, and when I was done signing, she again slammed her hand down on the receipt and yanked it off the counter. We ended up dumping out the mocktails because they looked and tasted disgusting, maybe becasue they were watered down by ice while they waited on the counter for us. Or maybe it was the wilted and brown mint. Those were $6 each. My boyfriend and I were sound boarding off each other for a while asking what we did to deserve such incredibly rude and hostile behavior, the only thing we came up with is that they forgot to close the online ordering system and that's somehow our fault? Or maybe she was just having an incredibly bad day? We wish we had asked if we had done anything wrong to upset her, but we were both too dumbfounded to process what was happening until after we left. The food was bad. We were given multiple inedible burnt pieces of garlic bread with our burrata. Also, the 10" pizza was an oval, not a circle, so you definitely don't get 78.54" of pizza like you would if it was a circle. At best, it was misleading, at worst it was deceitful - keep that in mind while considering prices. Some of the bread was undercooked, and we had stomach aches all night. All for $80. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager, she was very nice and receptive and let me know that they did try to call when our order was ready. She gave me the email of someone that I could speak to about a refund. It's been more than a week and I have not heard back. read more

Had brunch here this morning. We both had outstanding food in large servings of which part boxed up to take home to enjoy later. The baking smells that permeate the place are just wonderful. Whenever I travel I often seek out the local wood fired pizza place and Alibi did not disappoint, in fact, it was one of the best. Stopped in for lunch and the pizza "Best Ever" was delicious. Perfectly cooked, not soggy like many wood fired are, delicious toppings and just a damn good meal. The flavored iced tea was also tasty. Sat at the bar (the restaurant was very empty) and the bartender was super friendly. Five stars for service, food, drink .. a must visit when you are in Laramie. read more

Chose this spot for both, specifically to try the brisket pizza highlighted on their website from Guy Fieri's visit on DD&D show. We were greeted warmly and received prompt attention (was mid afternoon on a weekday, so not crowded). The server told us they were unable to serve draft beer. Strike 1. I was in Laramie for less than 48 hours but ate Alibi's food for every single one of my non-work meals. I am not kidding when I say that the Burrata Plate was one of the best meals I've EVER eaten. $17 gets you a gorgeous platter featuring a giant knot of cream-soaked burrata cheese served atop a pile of fresh, peppery arugula. Add artful spirals of charcuterie, assorted olives, pickled red onions, halved cherry tomatoes, and an entire round of their excellent wood-fired garlic olive oil flatbread and you are in for a treat. It was so much food that I took home half and ate it for a second meal. The bar inside can get to be a real scene and this place is hopping. Since the weather was nice, I sat outside on the picnic tables adjacent to the entry. Seat yourself, scan the table-specific QR code, and use ToastTab to place and then close up your order. Your food will be delivered to you in no time. I returned the following day to eat my final Laramie meal here -- AGAIN. This time, I ordered the $16 pulled pork pizza and it was good but not as mind-blowing as the burrata. I did really enjoy the coleslaw that the pizza was served with, though. We are here with our two daughters and their friends, ordering 5 pizzas between us. The menu options are unique and interesting, but still simple enough that everyone found something they liked. The two vegetarians had a variety of flavors to choose from, and all of the pizzas had fantastic flavor down to the ends of the crusts. We've been here a few times and usually sit outside. There was an event going on outside so it was packed for the outdoor seating. We sat inside this time, and it was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. Busy and full of people, but the booths were nice. The bar had plenty of drink options. The iced tea was only ok, not great. We were staying at a hotel and googled places. Wood fire pizza is always a fave but this place was over the top! My husband had the Cowboy Brisket pizza, he is a brisket guy! He couldn't believe the huge slabs of meat as well as that wood fire crust. Most unique pizza he's ever had. I had the turkey apple sandwich as I'm a sucker for fig jam! I'm so excited I have 1/2 for breakfast it was so good and so big. A ton of turkey (enough to take some off for the dog) and the house pickles were perfect. We had seen this restaurant on DDD and GGG and decided to drive up from Denver to check it out. The only thing that disappointed was they were out of brisket when we got there. Other than that everything was great. Had the Ruben sandwich and the Great White pizza and they were excellent. Also got a couple of pastries to go. This was my first time here and I never plan on coming back. I ordered the Greek Pizza and asked if I could substitute mushrooms for artichokes and I was told it was no problem. The pizza comes out and it had both mushrooms and artichokes on it. I asked it to be remade so I didn't have to pick it off. The remake came out and the pizza dough around the crust was raw. It was OK, but I don't think it was worth $16. Then the bill comes and I was charged $17. I asked and my server told me she was new and would ask her manager. The manager never even stopped over. The server tells me since they had to add it, it's an extra dollar. So since I could tell they didn't want to be bothered I paid and they make you select the tip right in front of them. Then she walks away and doesn't even say thanks or anything. Terrible service. I don't recommend it here and would recommend dominos pizza over this place. read more

Pizza was excellent and they have a good variety of beers. We sat outside and even when a rain storm came thru it was pleasant to sit under their umbrellas. The staff is very kind. You order thru a QR code, which I typically don't like, but in this case it was easy and we got our drinks orders very quickly. If you like raw dough, you'll love this place. They brought my pizza out and it looked pretty amazing but then I went to pick it up and everything just slid off of it on my plate, and the dough was barely cooked which is weird because the edges looked crispy but the center and most of the rest of the pizza was just like a wet paper towel read more

We visited during construction. This made for awkward sitting and a cold interior. Doors are opened often to bring food in from, what i assume was their wood fire oven so it's chilly. My husband wanted iced tea and was given a bottled version, w no refills. They don't have gluten free items, which is of course fine, but it limits what some of us can order and it's not really a family friendly place. We have a 1-year old and have taken him to almost every restaurant in Laramie. Alibi is the ONLY restaurant that has told us they don't have high chairs. He's too big to sit in his car seat for the entire meal but not big enough to sit at a regular table seat, so we had to leave and went to Accomplice instead (which did have high chairs). It's pretty ridiculous and inconsiderate of your customers not to have high chairs available. read more
