I've been pleasantly surprised each time I've needed something from the parts department. I always had a negative bias towards dealerships and have assumed stuff at dealerships is automatically going to be expensive. While this may be true for large items like engines, transmissions, alternators, etc., I've had to get some small parts and it's always been less expensive for an OEM toyota part than the generic part at Oreilly's or Advance Auto, plus they have it in stock or nearby so it's actually faster than ordering it online, paying shipping, and waiting a week for it to arrive. I can also buy Toyota WS transmission fluid instead of using an aftermarket "All purpose" ATF that works in everything under the sun for about the same price as the generic stuff. I just recently needed to get a key cut. Local locksmith quoted me 30.00 but Bondy's did it for 10 bucks, plus tax and was able to cut the key off my vehicles VIN, not just copy the used key. The problem of making a copy of a used key is eventually as the key wears down it can trigger the anti-theft system in your car, disabling it. So if you make a copy of a copy, etc. eventually you'll get locked out of your car when it gets worn enough. This happened to my 1998 Pontiac Grand Am because I had only 1 key and I used it so much that it wore the key down and eventually triggered the anti theft system, which basically scrapped the car. Each interaction with Bondy's has been positive and helped fight my negative bias towards dealerships. I know most people only leave reviews when they're pissed at a business, and rarely leave positive feedback when they're happy so I thought I'd help even that out by leaving a positive review when I have something good happen to me. read more

So on Jun 10th at 330pm I go to the service Dept to get a tire patched/replaced and was told since they were open for 30min that they wouldn't do anything other then air the tire up since service Dept employees would work for free if they did anything. Then on Jun 12th go in and talk to the service manager which they basically said since I went to another company because they didn't have the tires available originally that it's my fault for going with a competitor. If I could give zero stars, I would. Not someone you want to do business with. I spent 2 days traveling back and forth to Enterprise for a particular vehicle, a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. On the third day, I received several texts and talked to one of the managers to explain that I needed my husband to see the car prior to purchasing. Numbers had already been crunched. I was told by a manager that I could come get the and take it to my husband's job or they would even do it for me if it wasn't too far away. In less than 2-3 minutes, I get a text from Emma saying "Some is looking at the Highlander just so you know. I will let you know if it gets sold." Then she sends me a picture of the car being checked out by the other customer!! I called back and was sent to Josh; I told him what terrible customer service that was. He was very apologetic and asked if I would give him a few minutes to check into it because that didn't sound right to him either. Within a few minutes, Joe, a sales manager that I had been talking to, called me. He had asked Emma to send me the text. He said that he couldn't promise not to sell it, which I understand, but right after another manager told me they would do whatever to let my husband see it in order to get me in the car. Well, that customer didn't buy it, so they start calling and texting me that the car is available. Ummm, nope! Seen a jeep for sale and inquired about it on Facebook seller stated the asking price of 24,500 was correct I told him if I wanted it can we work out a cash price drove 18 miles to be lied to first of all the jeep had many electronic issues the battery was also dead because of faulty wiring to the battery also the head manager is such a liar and scum bag he he wanted me to pay him more than what it was worth with all the issues it had a bad right wheel drum faulty wiring and seatbelt alert would not go off. I told him I give him 22k he said no the asking price or 27k if he fixes the problems the ad said the vehicle had no damage or issues I don't recommend this place for anyone I told them they deserve to be slapped for waisted time and gas driving here didn't say I was going to do it. He got on the phone like a girl and call the police and said I refused to leave another lie. No wonder they got a 3 star rating. Don't waste your time here getting a vehicle. They suck. Took my car in for an oil change, had a coupon for 29.95. They tried to get me to replace spark plugs $215, and also brake service. I declined. After an almost TWO hour wait she returned with my bill. They had rotated and balances my brand new tires that I had purchased elsewhere. She insisted that she asked me???? If she had I would have told her my new tires didn't have 500 miles on them, and I receive free balance and rotation from the business I purchased them from. We are long time renters of Enterprise but after this time we will not be renting again. We reserved a luxury rental from the Enterprise at Autonation Toyota. We were in formed they did not have any. The next best car they had was a base model Infiniti Q50. We took the car but the proceeded to charge us for the luxury rental and this vehicle is clearly not a luxury vehicle. This is disgusting that a company would take advantage of customers to make a few extra dollars than adjust the rental price to the correct price. They killed my battery by leaving the doors open all night and after thousands of dollars of work being done, I had to haggle with them to replace the battery for a "discounted" price. Instead of using proper courtesies like saying ,"Sir" and "Mr." they referred to me as "bud." They weren't timely with their service and seemed to care more about getting money out of me than showing any sort of sympathy or loyalty to a high paying customer. Don't purchase a vehicle from here, or waste your time with their mechanics. After bringing my car to be serviced and numerous 'guesses' on how to 'diagnose it' (costing me hundreds almost thousands of dollars). Yes, they are ridiculous on trade-in value, and I should've had another mechanic look at it. *note: they sold my 'broken' vehicle a month after I traded it. I ended up buying a new car from here and I've had non-stop issues with their service department. I brought my car in for detailing and the technicians took my car on a 10 mile 'Joy' ride. The managers won't take responsibility for their technician taking my car for a joy ride. I have also brought this brand new vehicle in for tire balance issues when it had 1,100 miles on the vehicle, they won't honor the warranty. They'll tell you a number of useless excuses like it's the tire tread is more aggressive, there's a flat spot on the tire from it sitting in our lot for so long, or you're just not use to driving the suv with these types of struts. They will make you feel like you're mechanically illiterate to an issue on the vehicle to avoid servicing the vehicle. Either way, there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to someone who purchases a vehicle from here, it's completely lacking and non-existent towards someone who paid $32+k for a vehicle. I've learned my lesson and I'll stick with purchasing and servicing my car in Dothan. Dothan sold my friend the same vehicle I bought for $2k less than Enterprise. Save yourself some money and drive to Dothan. They'll definitely treat you better than Enterprise Toyota. read more

TERRIBLE DEALER TO DEAL WITH. My car broke down and was towed to Bondy's Toyota. At the time it was towed my car was starting. After speaking with the representative in service I was told that the problem was the water pump. Paid $600.00 for a water pump, (outrageously high price) then when I went to the dealer my car would not start. It was left on their lot with the doors unlocked and I was told I needed an engine. I paid them the $600.00 just so I could get my car back and off of their lot. Decided to have the car towed back to West Palm Beach Florida (where I live) and had my mechanic look at to. He told me that I needed an engine and a radiator and the only way my radiator could have had a crack from one end to the next is if someone drove my car hot at a high rate of speed. The only place that had my car was Bondy, so they blew my engine and cracked my radiator. Now I need a new motor and radiator. The only reason my car went to them is because I broke down pass Dothan and was too far away from the dealership in Montgomery that I had used prior and had great service. I would not recommend anyone using Bondy's service department. They are high priced and won't even give you any paperwork on test they performed, only want to give you a printed bill. read more

They saw where I was getting quotes for a new Tacoma and gave me a call and I told them how much other dealerships quoted me and I told them I was over a hour a way and they promise me if I drove there they would make it worth the trip.
