Some of the best employees--the ones who built trust with clients and kept the dogs safe--have been leaving one after another due to how poorly the business is being run. Now, completely untrained new hires are being brought in and told they'll be managing, despite having zero experience with dog behavior or daycare safety protocols. It's incredibly unsafe--for both the dogs and the staff. The owner takes no responsibility for training or preparing new employees. There's no onboarding, no walkthrough of fight protocols, and no clear procedures for how to handle emergencies. He also underpays OG staff yet new hires with zero experience are brought in above them. This is no longer a place I would trust with my dog's safety. Until there's a serious change in leadership and training, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

She is always excited to get out into the yard and play and when I bring her home she is pooped from a full day. Pricing is reasonable and the amenities are great. I can tell that all the workers love dogs and I don't hesitate to leave her there. I know she's in great hands. It's convenient because there is an on-site groomer as well, so I have my girl brushed out once a month. She's a Klee Kai and sheds like nobody's business. It's great being able to check in during the day on the cameras and check on my dog. I also like that there are scheduled rest times so the dogs don't get overstimulated. That's when fights happen. I have referred many people here and will continue to do so. If you're looking for a friendly place with reasonable prices that take good care of your babies, look no further than A Dog Gone Good Place!

Clearly she was only allowed to relieve herself in the area she slept. She received no attention (again I asked twice). She was so wound up and agitated when we got home. This is not a place that loves dogs but a jail. We picked this place because it has a wonderful play area. Don't be fooled. You have to pay for any attention you want your dog to have. Petting $4, pee outside $5, etc. I was willing to pay, no one was willing to give my dog attention. She came home looking like someone spilled coffee on her. Their excise for not giving her play time was she was being picked up that day (play time is in the morning, I made it back just before closing.), so 9 hours. I missed play time when I dropped her off at 8:30am. If you're looking for a prison for puppies, this is the place. If you're looking for a place to nurture your dog when you're out, keep driving. This is inhumane .

First off, just want to say that I'm pretty much in love with all the staff here (minus one receptionist that I met today who wasn't the friendliest person compared to everyone else). Shawna brought me to the exam room to prep me for Dr Shannon. Back story: My sweet 12 year old dog has gotten more lame in his rear quarters and my husband and I want to prevent it from getting worse. We were told by our Vet in Tualatin park animal clinic to get rehab consult. I'm so so thankful we met who we met here. Shawna was so friendly, kind, gentle with my dog. She patiently listened to everything I had to say, asked follow up questions so I knew she was actually listening. She was just really present. Then moments later walks Dr Shannon. Something about her energy just made me feel like my boy was in such safe hands. The consult was 2 hours long but it didn't even feel that long. Dr Shannon was so so thorough, but so so gentle knowing my pup was in pain. Half way through the appointment he even fell asleep! After the appointment they gave me homework and Shawna thoroughly went over everything. She showed me what to do and all the tricks I needed to know. Fast forward a week. I can't remember the tech that took my pup back for his water therapy but I totally love her energy! She told me I could watch from outside, which I did for a few minutes as they got him set up inside the tank. But both Shawna and the other tech kept petting him and reassuring him. My heart melted knowing they were being so good to him without me being there comforting him myself. When he was done they called. The tech whose name I forgot brought him out and was so super sweet she patient telling me how he was doing and answering all my questions. She mentioned something that made my day about what a good boy he was and how he just knew what to do, and that nothing phased him. These are things pet owners need to hear because I'm honestly thinking he's scared out of his mind being somewhere new. Thank you, all of you for taking such good care of my best friend. Despite only coming here twice I want to come back all the time. I can't praise them enough.

We got photo and text updates. Our pup is under a year old so learning the basics and mastering a few things like his recall and leash walkability was our priority. We were pleasantly surprised with how much moose retained! Antoinette sent moose home to us with a binder, clicker (for positive reinforcement) and a cute paw print painting for Mother's Day. Moose went on hikes, walks and had plenty of socialization time. Our only concern with the program is that he would be bored going back to his normal routine at home! LOL.

Dogs are kept in empty kennels with no toys or beds. They get one thin blanket for the night. Tried to give them more but was told not to "waste" resources. One dog was whimpering and barking from boredom and loneliness, and I was trained to scream at him and spray him with water to silence him. That's the solution for any barking and whimpering, just angrily scream and spray. The "small dog park" they advertise has nothing in it whatsoever; dogs that can't play in the main park just get shunted between empty kennels to a slightly bigger empty space, are ignored except for yelling, and then put back into the kennels after fifteen minutes. They sleep overnight in those kennels, left by themselves. Terrible place.

More on the first person I met: They were pleasant and seemed to take on my dog's behavior as trainable opportunities. She could teach the other two who work there a thing or two on soft skills. With the vibe of that place though, I wouldn't be surprised if she left. Again, they were left alone with the front desk and a room full of dogs. On to the next.
