Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. We recently had her watch our two cats while we were out of town and couldn't be happier with her. When I first reached out to her she was quick to respond and available for our somewhat last minute request for her help (contacted her Monday and she could start on Friday!). She was willing to stop by our house to get a quick rundown on our cats, where everything is, and all the little whatnots that come up with pet sitting. While we were gone she was really professional and sent us pictures of our cats everyday to torture us. Haha. It was very thoughtful of her, but made us miss them! She let us know how they were doing and how she spent her time with them. When we came home, everything was in order and the cats, while happy to see us home, were totally fine and well feed. And not TOO well fed which has happened with inexperienced feeders. We have come home to fat cats in the past, but not with Stephanie. Phew. Overall, I highly recommend Stephanie for a cat sitter. Stephanie has been pet sitting our two little yorkies every time we leave town for almost two years now. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to leave town on vacation and have absolutely no worries about our pups. They are quirky and have some extra needs, but Stephanie loves them and takes care of them as if they were her own - it doesn't bother her at all. She is great about checking in frequently and helping out with other household needs (bringing in mail, taking out trashes, etc.). We LOVE Stephanie. She stayed with two dogs (our dog and my parents' dog) for a week and especially the combination of the two of them can be intense--Stephanie cared for them like a real pro. Our dog is a highly energetic two-year-old lab mix who makes sure she asserts her need for exercise and snuggles while my parents' dog is a five-year-old lab shepherd mix who is on the calmer side and sometimes needs to be shielded from the exuberance of our younger pup (though they are the best of friends).
