Nimbus celebrated his 3rd birthday today!
    Lauren A.

Love this place so much. For all the dog parents out there it's nice to have a place that you're allowed to bring your pupper into! There's outdoor seating and a table inside. A wall to write on for birthdays & toys and clothes for humans and pups. They have a case full of human and dog treats. Little pupcakes is what we walked out with for our little ones... as well as some bigger longer lasting treats. There's also a drink selection for both human and dogs. I snagged an ice coffee with coconut milk. It was delicious

They have many pup and human baked goods. My dog who has been known to snub food, enjoyed the turkey bacon dognut and the pumpkin spice latte treat. He had each over the course of several days.

Such a cute little job with the sweetest owner and a cute pup behind the counter. They have sooooo many options like pupcakes, cakes that be customized and made multiple tiers, tons of different treats. Our dog always loves when we bring him home treats from Bones.

This is the only spot in Rochester to go for dog treats and cakes in my opinion. We ordered a cake for my dogs birthday and it was beautifully made and decorated. They have fresh made treats daily and cakes are made to order. They have a variety of flavors so you're sure to find something your dog will love. You don't have long to visit this location - they'll be moving to Park Ave in the coming months!

Great environment, great owner. Everything is made from natural, limited ingredients so perfect for pups with a sensitive tummy. Fun toy assortment too.

Blueberry scone! It was very fresh and not overly blueberry.

Bones bakery was so cute! I've passed it a few times and decided to go in today and it did not disappoint. The place is very clean and has lots of pictures of dogs all around. The theme is dogs (of course!) and there are cute little trinkets and dog/human snacks. The staff was very nice and helpful! I got a blueberry scone for myself and some treats for the doggos which they loved ! Overall great place will visit again.

    It's Nimbus's third bday.

Bones is such a great little place to take your pups too. We juts took our little guy there for his third birthday and for him son pup cakes. Little mini doggie cupcakes. They also have some great coffee and bakery options for you as well.

A couple weeks ago I participated in a virtual online auction. One of the items was some Bones Bakery dog treats. Because my dog has food sensitivities I did not bid on the items. Well, I should have looked into it because after searching for a place to make a doggie birthday cake, Bones is safe for my doggie! I ordered a cake and some treats for pick up immediately. It isn't every day your first furbaby turns 6! The store is small and cozy. Lots of doggie accessories to purchase. Toys, treats, leashes, collars. I am upset I didn't bring my pack to come inside to visit. I have three dogs of my own and my mom has a dog. So when it was the big day, I cut the cake into four pieces and everyone had a decent sized slice! No complaints from the furchildren. Not a crumb was left behind. My dog with food sensitivities was even more excited because he could have a piece! Usually he gets his own slice of something different! Cannot wait to come back.

So friendly and welcoming! They have the cutest treats and allow pre-ordering as well for doggy birthday/gotcha day cakes. Definitely a place Coco and I will continue to support.

Shiva and the cannoli I got her!

What a unique offering in the Roc! Many Park Avenue area cafes allow dogs which is helpful to me as I can't leave Shiva at home often due to severe anxiety. This place takes it to another level however. They make baked goods for both dogs and humans. Today I got a cold brew and a doggie cannoli. The cold brew is from Glen Edith, which if you know me, is my favorite cold brew around here. Shiva wasn't a fan of the cannoli but I assume it was either from the heat or the cream which she didn't seem sure of. She likes many of the other treats they make. So I will definitely be back. You should check out Bones Bakery too! You can bring your dog with you, meet other dogs and people and enjoy a nice cafe experience.

We arrived within the first couple hours of opening, so there was a large selection of goods to choose from; everything looked so good! ... And if smelled wonderful too! However, I did not like that nothing had prices listed, at least not that my friends or I were able to locate. It also would have been a nice touch if they offered coffee and/or tea to go with their items... but, since they are more of a takeout bakery (only having outdoor seating), it may not make sense for them. I opted for a savory option of a breakfast sandwich made on a jalapeno scone with egg, perfectly crispy bacon and melty cheddar cheese. My friends got a pastry and a muffin. My sandwich was really tasty & fresh; I thought the price was kinda steep, coming in around $15. My one friend enjoyed her pastry. My other friend had a very hard time getting the wrapper to peel off of her muffin, losing pieces of muffin in order to remove all the wrapper. I would consider visiting again, but would really like for them to have pricing listed somewhere.

While the filling was delicious, I felt like the pastry itself was a little dry and could've used more filling. There were gaps in the middle that did not have any filling. The pastry itself was also quite expensive for what it was - it ended up being $7. The person who was at the counter was very willing to answer any questions but I think it would also be helpful to have descriptions (for some of the more uncommon pastries) and prices listed with the pastries.

I was supposed save half for another day...let's just say that didn't happen. Lemongrass panna cotta: very light panna cotta with a layer of coconut, ginger, and lime zest encased in lemongrass jelly. The flavors are very earthy and work well together Mango sticky rice pie: I loved the crust on their pies, it's just the right thickness and the crimping is super satisfying to look at. Again, not too sweet, with a rice-based whipped topping . I kind of wish the mango flavor was a little stronger, but it feels like the flavors are naturally achieved rather than with artificial flavoring so I can't complain.
