    I am very upset with Boniface Hiers Chevy. Treated terrible by service manager Glenn and assistant manager Tim. My car broke down twice. Bought brand new 2021 trailblazer. Car stalled several times. Once in middle of a major intersection near my home. It only had 12,760 miles. They sent out two different tow trucks and gave me a rental car. My understanding was I had warranty forever.the car stalled twice And the first AAA guy came to HRMC where it did not start told me it was not the battery and never even tried to jump it. The man said it was not battery and had no codes when he checked with his machine. A friend came and simply jumped it and it started right up. Got home and had to leave to go take care of a patient and once again it died. Unable to go to job that made me lose income. The proceeded to send out a tow truck driver from different towing company. He tested it like the first man did and he stated it's not battery and likely electrical issue. He jumped it and I drove around. I returned home and went in for night. Got up next day to go see my mom in ALF after her hospital stay. This is where I was driving home from ALF. And it died in the busy intersection. My friend came and a nice person helped push it into a restaurant parking spot. One again I had to call for a tow truck. I was not there because I didn't have a car to go anywhere. A friend rode his bike to meet and watch tow truck driver. I was told he checked the battery. Chevy want 396$ for a battery and I refused because once again I was told it was not the battery. My friend finally installed battery and Glenn and Tim said my friend cracked the box that battery sits in. Said he over tightened the one of the bolts. Please note 12/4/24 the car was taken in for scheduled oil change. I had been to Advanced Auto Parts and 2 gentlemen came out and checked oil and there wasn't any per their observation. My friend crawled under my car and oil pan was full of oil. Tim from Chevy stated it's full of oil and sent me a picture and it was magically clean. Accused my friend that installed battery. After multiple people including assistant manager said he tightened the bolt himself. This all started after oil change. The car does start but every warning light stays on. I get text stating things are not working properly daily. Glenn the head manager stated mam it's your fault and I kindly stated where is proof. I refused to pay 632$ to have a battery placed with no proof of who broke the box around battery. Now when I do drive which is rarely do. I requested all the paperwork work since I bought car and have followed the warrant requirements. I have many friends that have experienced troubles with with several different Boniface Hiers locations. I put it all over Facebook and people expressed all negative issues with Boniface Hiers locations. I have a friend that bought a used corvette and cost him 50k. Ended up they sold him a stolen recovery car and said the people at Chevy were horrible. I have a mutual friend on facebook that messaged me privately and asked me what was wrong. He proceeded to tell me Chevy is not the company that fixes cars that it was a 3rd party repair warranty. Again this was never stated to me. The funny thing the only person that could tell me the problem is the guy Erik that picked me up and is not a tech or anything but a worker that has multiple duties. I will never buy anything from any Boniface Hiers dealerships. And neither will anyone that responded to my complaint. I was encouraged to write review on Yelp. I fear driving the car and picking my mom up that has dementia and take her to her dr appointments! They are not true to their words. 100,000 bumper to bumper warranty. They all lied. I followed the rules. I politely thanked Glenn and again he said mam it's your problem now. I had to increase my car insurance to get roadside assistance. To this day the car has only 12,800 miles on it. I felt belittled and stupid by the to managers. I watched closely as my paperwork was moved from person to person .     Great truck hopefully life investment

    It's a decent dealership, For a dealership, yes it's a business still and they will try to make money, as they should, but they are also reasonable, they will find a way to make your budget or a good deal. Definitely worth buying here.

The dealership had already run our credit, and the Carfax/report they provided showed no accidents. While inspecting the car on the lot, we immediately noticed misalignment in the front end. When we lightly touched the bumper to point out a dent that didn't line up properly, large sections of the front bumper literally fell off in our hands. Shortly after, the grille also popped off. There was even handwriting in marker directly on the hood that said "CRACK" with arrows pointing to the damaged areas -- yet the sales manager claimed they "didn't know" about any issues. Upon closer inspection, it was obvious the entire front end was twisted and that parts had either been poorly replaced or temporarily strapped/secured in place to hide prior collision damage. Despite the car now being visibly wrecked right in front of us, they still insisted the price was "as low as they could go" on a vehicle they had just represented as accident-free and certified pre-owned. Their "best alternative" after we walked away from that car was a 2016 model with significantly higher miles and no meaningful warranty remaining. This entire transaction was with a clearly deceptive practices was being pushed on a disabled man and his son who were trying to purchase reliable transportation. Very disappointing and unethical experience.

Recently, in the past couple of years, I've been loyal to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Their stores are meticulously clean, well stocked and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This morning, I had the 'Check Engine' light come on in my 2013 BMW. I was NOT happy about that, naturally. Plus, I'm in Melbourne for a reunion, I live near Tampa. So, I pulled into the closest O'Reilly to see if they'd run a diagnostic check for me. This service is FREE. I was immediately greeted by Anthony. The first thing he asked is "Did you just get gas?" Right then I knew he was in the know! I had just gotten gas the night before. Next he asked if my gas cap was on correctly. I answered "Yes". (Bad gas and a loose gas cap are the two MAIN reasons for an unexplained Check Engine Light usually). We walked out to my car, he hooked up his OBD(On Board Diagnostic) tester and quickly pulled up a trouble code and a description. Fortunately for me, it was a very minor issue that would likely resolve itself, would not damage the engine or affect driving and did not require any parts. (No good for O'Reilly!) I couldn't have been any happier all the way around! With O'Reilly, Anthony and a simple answer not requiring BMW-type expenses..... Thanks!

    Massive inventory of auto supplies and excellent customer service…read more I had a rubber piece sticking out from under my car, which is hardly even an issue, but I could feel it causing resistance while driving. I went into AutoZone trying to describe what I thought I needed, and one of the floor members Phillip took the initiative to come out and take a look for himself. It turns out it was really JUST a rubber piece. Phillip went back inside, grabbed some tools and eagerly got down underneath my car to remove it. The rest of the staff came out and teased him about it, and we all had a good laugh. They are such a friendly and enthusiastic group. I'd normally feel so dumb for not knowing a thing about my car, but the guys at AutoZone are a great help and they seem to really enjoy it as well. A couple of years ago, this building was a Rooms To Go. After they closed, AutoZone opened up in its place, so that should give you an idea of its massiveness. All in all, my experience at AutoZone was a pleasant one. Phillip didn't ask for payment, so instead I'll leave this sparkling review.
