I called her while I was there and was told that she tried to reach me (I never received a phone call & I don't recall her taking my number when I scheduled the appointment). I live about an hour away and had to arrange my day so I could take my parents to have notary done. She said I could drive to another location an hour and half later. My parents didn't want to wait to go to another location even though it was just the other side of town. The woman at the front desk gave me another number to see if I could book an appointment with someone else.

We had called ahead to ask and confirm and were told that they were authorized by law enforcement agencies requesting prints. Not sure if this was mistake but we now have to get another card and out the $ that was paid for this and past the renewal expiration date. I'm sure the services here are great otherwise and they are open on weekends but for anyone in our same situation, do yourself a favor and just get the prints done at Chula Vista PD or SD Sherriff's office. I don't doubt the services here are 4-5 for anyone requiring what they offer, but unfortunately our experience was 3 stars for being told that this was an authorized location and made sure to mention it was for FL CCW.

I shouldn't have bothered her by asking questions as she was concentrating to get the best prints possible when prints didn't click the first time, but she answered my questions and didn't show any frustration. Everything ended well! Diana started my day off very well! I especially appreciate the fact that she did my LiveScan right away and did not make me wait. This hasn't always been the case at other offices when the person doing the prints was not busy and I arrived early. Diana was great!

This time it was a weekend morning on Memorial Day weekend we had gone to get some coffee around the block, walked our dog and then saw union kitchen and thought we had a really great experience last time. Let's see if they're open. They were open for brunch. They have both a covered patio and uncovered one and my husband being the redhead that he is we opted for the covered patio. They're super dog friendly. All of the waitresses were really awesome and kind they came over to say hi to us even if they weren't the ones helping our table one of the waitresses even brought my dog bacon, which we so appreciate love a restaurant full of dog lovers. My husband ordered the cornbread skillet that comes with andouille sausage and I think roasted okra. He said this was really delicious. I tried a few bites and I totally agree. I had the steak and eggs which was delicious with its mustard hollandaise sauce. Coffee was great, OJ was fresh and tasty. Will have to come back for dinner one night.

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.
