I usually go to my local post office to mail items. This time around I needed to fax a document to my insurance company and this business came up. As I enter I notice that it's a location where you can buy mailing items, fax papers, buy packing items and even receive mail. They also have a little kids spot where you can buy small toys. I was impressed of all the things you could do in one spot. I came back another day for their notary services. Came here three days ago for my father's livescan/electronic submission of fingerprints. We had to come back today for resubmission as the first set of fingerprints were rejected d/t low quality. It's always been a challenge to get his fingerprints d/t his age so it was not surprising. I just have to commend the level of customer service we received from CJ and everyone in this location on both days we visisted.They were also quick to answer the phone for queries! I only got I name but they have all been very nice, accomodating, and very patient with me and my Dad. He is 82, speaks little English and also hard of hearing. If it's PASSPORT PHOTOS that you need - DO NOT GO HERE! They should not be promoting that they provide this service. Their " photographer " is NO photographer, he not only lacks experience but he has NO customer service skills. The photo quality is the worst. Go somewhere else if you're in need of passport photos! We wasted almost an hour and every attempt they made in printing the photo was worse than the previous. The first one had water marks all across the face. When I requested this to be printed again - he said he would be charging double. The second attempt had an orange mark across the face. The third had a haze mark on half the face. AND THE OWNER blames the passport agency and " me" not liking them. C'mon. DONT promote for a service you can't deliver!!! read more

In two years, they "lost" FOUR (4) of my packages, ALL OF THEM from the SAME EXACT VERY EXPENSIVE CLOTHING STORE, and they refused to take responsibility for these thefts. The tracking showed they arrived and were never given to us, and somehow they're never at fault. Three of the packages went missing in one month! Go figure!!
