We enjoyed Bonjour Creperie food truck at an event in Skippack Village. From the moment they opened, there was a constant line of at least 15 deep and the employees handled everyone with the same friendly smile, great service and fantastic crepes. We tried both the buffalo chicken savory crepe and a smores crepe. All savory crepes come with a small side salad. Everything was delicious and worth the wait. read more

So happy they came down to the Navy Yard! I ended up getting the Bella (Nutella with strawberries and sprinkled with powdered sugar) to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was delicious!!!! The menu is not that big but they are willing to accommodate your desires with what they have. Will definitely need to try their savory crepes next time. My co-worker got the Jacques (substituted ham for chicken, spinach, tomatoes, Monterey Jack cheese, & their homemade vinaigrette) and he said he liked it but it was not filling. So if you're hungry, get 2. It is a little pricier than my favorite crepe truck (I'll have to write one for my favorite) and not as filling either, but everything was fresh and flavorful. read more

I've had several of the sweet crepes and never been disappointed...Recently had the JP...egg, cheese, bacon on a crepe...it looked fantastic, but I will be sticking to the sweet crepes going forward. I was lucky enough to have this experience thanks to my employer who hires a different food truck to come to our campus every Thursday in the summer. Wow, in this case, Bonjour Creperie stole my heart and my taste buds...I ordered an crepe with applewood ham, cheese, arugula and tomato with just a hint of balsamic dressing. It was so light and fresh that I could have eaten another 5 of them. I wanted to go back for one of the dessert crepes...Nutella, you know who you are..but decided to save that for their next visit. The crepes were inexpensive and made to order (very quickly I might add) and they even have gluten-free choices on the menu. If you ever have the opportunity to try it, please do. FANTASTIC!!! I tried the Celso (spinach, tomato, basil, chicken) and the Olivia (strawberries, chocolate sauce and whipped cream). The crepes were absolutely excellent. The owner , a Brazilian/French chef, named Jean-Pierre was extremely cordial to me. He received me like a friend. I lived in FRANCE for several years and these crepes were as good as anything there. Couple of weeks ago we drove by an orange truck with a line of people waiting for food. In spite of my Husband's objection, I stopped to look. Since we are very picky about clean places to eat, I sent my husband to peek through the side door, two thumbs up, and I was in line. I ordered the smoked salmon with a delicious home made cream cheese ( yes they make their own) and chives (you can also have it with capers, I passed on that) it was DELICIOUS!!!. My Husband has a sweet tooth and ordered the Nutella crepe with fresh strawberries ( You can have it with bananas) and powdered sugar. This Crepe was loaded with chocolate, I had to have a bite. This was a great stop ( Another chance to tell my Husband "I told you") A great truck for delicious fresh food made from scratch. Yumm!! First off, I love crepes. I found this food truck at the Night Market and ordered the Jojo crepe. It was savory: chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce, cheese. It was great and the chicken was so tender and soft. I hate dry chicken! Not bad for a food truck. But the chicken is cheap tasting like pre-cooked Sysco low end chicken. The bacon taste like that microwave paper thin garbage thats 2 bucks a pound from save-a-lot(I know from being a poor 20 yr old living on my own while in school.) 20 bucks for two crapes...never again. Honestly I've never bought food from a food truck (other than a mexican food truck) that wasn't low end ingredients at a premium. Guess it par for the course with the high overhead of a food truck. I got the crespo ( pretty sure that's the name anyway ). It was a work of art. So pretty. Also, and most important, very very good. Can't wait for the next event and I hope they are there! I'm amazed this gets good reviews. Truck was at the Doylestown Arts Festival. $8-12 for most crepes. Presentation was nice. Service was slow but they were being inundated with orders. Here's why I gave the truck as low a score as possible for food taste/quality. I ordered a savory crepe that started with a P but can't find it on any of their menus. It was supposed to have black beans, corn, tomatoes with guacamole and sour cream. And that is exactly what it was. Stewed tomatoes out of a can, cold. Beans and corn were also just that, cold. No spices whatsoever. No beans mixed with some onion, a little cumin, chili powder, cilantro. Nothing. It was so bland. But the stewed tomatoes were what killed it. Does anyone eat them straight and cold? The other 4 people in our group got sweet crepes: Olivia and the Bella. Reviews were fine, nothing great. Suggestion is to ditch the tomatoes and use fresh ones and if you can't, salsa would be better. Please add some spices and maybe cook the beans or corn or both. We could have walked up the block to a crepe chain in town that we all agreed was much better and most crepes are about $2 cheaper. read more
