Worst experience ever Very Rude Nail Techs!! Worse experience of my life! They first tried to lie and say i couldn't get my nails done a certain type of technique (sculpture) when in all actuality they just didn't want to spend time doing it. When i stated i get my nails done this way at that shop all the time they proceeded to change their minds. Then they decided to say they will charge me $20 extra because the length i want is long. I do not like long nails and i would say my nails are short/medium length. (Pics attached) But definitely not long. I proceeded to tell the nail tech she applied the acrylic crooked on my nail. Instead of her fixing it she kept trying to work over it and "file it straight" i had to tell her at least 8 times. She then tried to blame it on my finger being crooked which is a lie. I have never had this issue before. She then decided to get her coworker (whom i will refer to as second nail tech) involved to agree with her that my nail wasn't crooked. So i asked another customer to confirm for me and the customer also confirmed it was crooked. The Second Nail tech then proceeds to try to roughly file my nail and it was still crooked. Once i said this she got upset and shoved the nail file in my hand and told me to fix it myself then. I explaIned that i am the customer and shouldn't have to fix their mistakes. 40 minutes later its still not fixed and all they did was apply more acrylic on top to which that did absolutely nothing. As you can see from my picture my cuticles were overly knicked at from the electric file due to her applying acrylic on my cuticles and having the nail file speed too high. This was A rush job turned into an absolute disaster and bad experience for me. I do not recommend this nail shop for anyone! The lady who did my nails has a short reddish brown bob like hairstyle and typically is in the back doing eyebrows. The second nail tech also has a short hair bob that is black. I am surprised this place is still operating. Would give 0 stars. The fact i have to give 1 star is just google being nice. read more

Painful Mani pedi... I went there with one painfully short fingernail and left with all 10 that shirt. The tech was really fast and trimmed all of my nails down to the quick before I realized. (The quick is a protective barrier not meant to be cut.) Then she trimmed away the quick. Rough pedicure. Tech was very rough with poking sharp tools and cutting. The massage was limited to putting on the lotion and I purchased the top option. Don't go there and don't ever take your eyes off what any nail tech is doing. read more

The sloppiest nail service I have ever received.Let's start when I was getting my cuticles cleaned, the nail technician actually took their long nail and started scooping out my cuticles with it. Then when filing my nails, each nail was crooked, when I asked for that to be corrected they did nothing. The paint job was splotchy, leaving nail polish all over the skin on my fingers. I paid $30 for a service that looks like it's been done by a toddler. read more

My nails were poorly done. I will not be returning. My nails were filed unevenly and over half of them are different shapes. I pointed out my disappointment and the lady ATTEMPTED to fix it but only made them worse. The gel polish is thick and unevenly applied. I do not recommend this salon. Drive past it.... read more

I've come here for a few years now to get my eyebrows waxed. It's not the cleaniest or nicest salon in the area, but they used to get the job done. I liked how they would take my time with my eyebrows - waxing, plucking, and trimming. Now it's an entirely different story! The past three or four times, I've left disappointed. I don't mind waiting in the room for a while if they have other customers, but I do mind if my service gets rushed. They've been rushing my eyebrow wax, sometimes getting me out in less than five minutes. I've left the salon with irritated skin from the wax being applied too hot, bumps on my eyelids that last a week, and missed hairs that I had to go back and pluck myself. I've been giving them second chances only because I've always gone here, but when I went yesterday, the lady's nails dug into my skin, pressed down pretty hard on my eyes, and applied the wax super hot. She also plucked my eyebrows really quickly and got my skin a few times. What really made me upset was that when the lady was "done," she said something along the lines of "See look, pretty!" When I got a better look at my eyebrows in the car, I saw a bunch of missed hairs. I think I'm going to start looking elsewhere to get my eyebrows done. read more

Little skeptical about getting my nails done here, but they arwnt far from home. The lady at the counter wasn't the friendliest greeter. Then again you can't judge a book by it's cover. The girl that did my nails didn't really talk a lot, but that's okay with me. My nails and cuticles came out looking amazing! The price is decent also, a gel manicure only cost me $28. I've been here a few times for pedicures. Prices are reasonable. Spa Pedicure is nice with massage chair. The ladies that work here have a heavy accent and can be difficult to understand, but are very friendly. Last time I was here, they did an excellent job on grooming my feet. (The main reason I get pedicures is to keep my feet soft, vice the whole nail painting thing.) It was horrifying--the skin they were able to clean off of my feet. Afterwards my feet felt amazing and my toes looked perfect. If you come during peak hours you might have to wait a little bit as a walk-in, but I've usually had pretty good luck with that. read more

I went here recently due to my normal nail place being packed on Saturday. The design I asked for consisted on lines in different shades of orange. I came in at 5 pm and was the only customer to walk in. The sat my nails in foil and I had to ask someone at 6:30 to come assist me. Customers after me had walked in and out with their service being provided. I got Tay. I presented the design in advance because I know some nail shops aren't the best at designs or may not have the colors you want. He stated we can do it. Mid way through he asked for me to pick the colors, when I did I asked for them to be later out so I know the selection is what I want. It wasn't. So I said I'll look up something else he told me to wait he would figure it out. Every color wasn't meshing so I told him it's ok I'll will just do another design. Tay yelled saying "we don't have time for that!" And got his manager who originally started and left me. I explained the nails and told her I dont want the design but she wanted to look for herself. She didn't find it and suggested a new design which is what I've been saying! Tay was still yelling in the background about it being 8 and then having to leave. I told him I have been here since 5 no fill in is 3 hours but they left me and now he's rude. The owner calmed him down then tried to polish over the base coat he didn't finished it was spotty and kept saying come back tomorrow earlier and I'll do better. Mind you other customers were still being serviced. He tried to make her charge me for the design but she whispered she wouldn't. He is disgusting for his attitude and service read more

Jenny did my nails and she did a really good job at the gel manicure and nail polish pedicure. The hand and foot massage was very weak I felt like she just lotion-ed me. Thus place is very basic. The have alot of color choices yet lack the number of techs,needed for a summer Saturday buisness. After waiting almost 40 mins the tech does not great me or ask me what services I requested. She spoke to the tech beside her the entire time not addressing me once. After a day of errands I decided a little pampering was in order as I hadn't had my nails done in over a year. I chose this place entirely because it was close to the house and I knew it was there. When I arrived there were five people working and as many sitting in pedicure chairs. I was greeted quickly and asked what I was in to have done, I happily picked my colors and sat in front to wait. Roughly 10 minutes later I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. That's where the reasonable visit ended. 40 minutes later my pedicure began, after they started two people who arrived after me. They tried to up sell me on the nail polish which I declined but once I looked at the time I realized I wouldn't be able to get my manicure so when I was offered the "spa pedicure" for a slightly greater cost I took it. The spa pedicure advertises a better massage (why I opted for it), hot towels, and a special exfoliating lotion. I'm unsure what their normal massage is, but I've never had a basic pedicure with only a 30 second massage. That's what the more expensive one got me. During the pedicure she cut me three times and offered zero apology or change in her actions with each one. When the pedicure was coming to a close she asked about my manicure and I said I didn't have time, that's why I opted for the spa pedicure. I was blamed for the lack of time for the manicure for opting for it, my lack of time apparently had nothing to do with the nearly hour wait for the terrible pedicure to begin. I was moved to a dryer, after about 10 minutes I left. When I got home, at least my toes looked cute, other than the spots that were now scraped. When my other half got home I showed him, there was a chip in one of them. Apparently I should have paid the extra for that too because you only get an hour on the polish otherwise. When it was all said and done I was charged $37 for nearly two hours of wasted time. I was no more relaxed, I was injured, and my toes weren't even cute. Always ask for Tang! I have been to a couple of nail salons and I never really had a permanent place to go but when I walked into this one I thought okay everything is very basic. And just like the most of them they do not speak english and usually they speak vietnamese to each other which makes customers feel very uncomfortable. Well at beautiful nails I was glad to be served by Tang who did my acrylics. He spoke to me the whole time and I love how gentle he was with my nails. I have been coming to him for 3 months now and happy with his service. Can't say the same with the other nail specialist but always ask for Tang! Pretty good nail salon. I got a great pedicure here for $22(with tip $27.00). Why didn't I give them 4 or 5 stars? Some of the pedicure chairs are broken and don't have the little tray that goes on the side. I ended up using one on a neighboring chair. When I removed my shoes I found myself standing on what felt like little pieces of someone's toe nails. Other than those two issues the place is good. They had some customers in the salon already but the person that gave me my pedicure focused on just me(didn't run off to work on someone else). My feet feel and look beautiful. read more

Awesome experience!!! This was my first time that I have visited this nail salon... I'm always worried to go to new places but this time was completely different. I went early in the morning to get a manicure and pedicure, Jenny assisted me. She was AMAZING!!! She took her time, cut and shaped my nails exactly as I asked, my manicure was like no other! I couldn't of done it better myself... Than came the pedicure. (I like my manicures first so my nails can fully dry) I felt like I was in a five star spa... It was that good!!! I got the spa pedicure which gets you double the massage, double the lotion and mint scrubs, it also had mint foot mask with warm towel wrap. Jenny again did a wonderful job cutting and shaping my nails, she topped it off with two wonderful massages and polish. I was in heaven. She took her time and honestly it showed. It wasn't a rush to unevenly cut my nails or push back my cuticles... Instead she went back checked each nail made sure everything looked perfect. Again this was my first time there.. And I plan to become a regular. I highly recommend asking for Jenny. She is really good!!! My feet feel like a babies bottom. (Hahaha) but honestly, not only was the nail tech great, the location it self was clean, organized looking and well kept. This was by far the absolute BEST manicure and pedicure I have EVER gotten!!! Please do not go to this salon. There is a mean old lady who does not have any personality at all. She is rude and disrespectful. She charged me three different prices for the same thing I always get when I'm there. I only been there three times. The first I was charged $45.00 and the second was $55.00, now what pissed me off was this third time I was charged $62.00. This bitch rushed doing my nails and shit was left around my nails which looked a mess. The pedicure was fine because she did not do it. Than the bitch did my eye brows, which was uneven!! I will never go back there again because she will probably charge me $80.00 for a fill in and a pedicure and eye brows arched!!!!! Please go to another nail shop!!!
