He Left us in the exam room and went to front desk. We came on but he was gone had vanished. And left the info sheet with the clerk. It took my husband and I just a second to gather my purse and walk to from by and he had left us. The receptionist area had two cubicles. The first one was unoccupied because she was assisting with front counter but returning to her area when she could. We were waiting on her. We did see the second cube until my husband walked to see about help. Lee never said first or second etc. he literally walked out of our exam room without saying goodbye , thank you for your business Nothing. My husband walked around to second cubicle area and found an attendant. We then Checked out. Very poor customer service. He was very rude and obviously irritated. My appointment was at the new office in Crossville at 2:10 PM. Somehow I got the time confused & arrived an hour early. I was in pain & was about to leave to come back later, when I was stopped and told that Dr. Galloway would work me in early. This he did indeed and was able to help me very much. He thoroughly checked my eyes and gave me a prescription for a medication that did it's job. I still have some light sensitivity with my eyes, but nothing like it was. After my visit with him, I saw my family practitioner and realized that my Type11 Diabetes had really gotten bad & my diabetic Neuropathy was affecting my eyes. With her continued help and medications, I'm doing much better with my eyes. I will soon be making my annual appointment with Dr. Stewart Galloway. He's the best!!!

Then you take in the office decor, which seems nothing like your typical waiting area at all. Typically, you are greeted with decades old furniture buy here it has actual thought placed into it. Wait time is always minimal with a warm welcome by staff to take you back. They are engaging & and friendly, whereas others just want to push you through the processes with little to no interaction and then on to the next. Then you briefly sat in a separate waiting area & and within minutes I was in a room. Dr. Denaro, I love her professional yet personal touch. She always has a wonderful smile & explains everything. She makes you feel as if you are her main priority that day. You would never know if she had 5 or 50 patients to see. I'm 54 yrs old & worn glasses/contacts since I was 7 & never out of all the doctors I have seen had a doctor make me feel as if they were personally vested in my eye health!
