After he walked out, she continued to complain about him loudly to the customers. I would not recommend going here because of the price and the unprofessional attitudes of the employees.

Don't get too comfortable because in my experience you won't be in it for long. I was promptly taken back where a detailed exam was performed on my eyes. The entire staff was super nice, very professional and highly skilled at what they do. I saw about 3 different technicians with each one doing a different part of my exam. Then the Dr came in and did his part of the exam and he spent a lot of time giving me options on glasses vs reading glasses only etc. I felt that this was a very good exam by a first class group of people. There is a huge difference in this and a typical walk in glasses dealer that makes it feel like you are at a fast food place. This is the opposite of that experience . I have called community Care on two different occasions for information on how to properly bill for this invoice and both times I called Crowder Eye Center and relayed this information. Community Care also called their office and did not receive a call back. I saw Dr. Patel for a remote glasses & contacts exam while Mr. Adam's was physically there to work the equipment & run test. She was also very knowledgeable and informative, communicating clearly without using a lot of medical terminology that could be confusing and without talking down to me. They both answered all of my questions throughly. I also ordered new lenses. The optical tech worked with me to figure out exactly what my insurance covered. I went back to pick up my glasses this past week. There was a different optical tech who fitted them on my face. She was also very kind & helpful asking me questions to help fit them perfectly. It took 6 weeks for mine to come in and then they were the wrong prescription so I told them I just wanted my money back so they reimbursed my money. My husbands glasses have small tunnels where he can actually see in the center of his lenses and all the surrounding lenses he can't see through. My grandson just got new glasses from another optometrist and after checking and rechecking the glasses he got from sight eyecare, the optometrist said the prescription wasn't even his prescription and he can't even imagine how my grandson could see through them. He couldn't and hardly wore them and when he tried to wear them they gave him a really bad headache.
