I would strongly recommend avoiding Bonnie and Clyde's Muffler Center if you value honesty, communication, and professionalism. Last week, I brought my 2018 Infiniti in to see if they could install a set of new downpipes. The staff acted as though the job was unusually complicated and referred me to the mechanic in the back. After speaking with him, I was told the work could be completed on Tuesday and that it would take approximately 2.5 hours. I arrived right when they opened at 8:30 AM and dropped off my vehicle as instructed. Around 11:30 AM, after hearing nothing, I called to check on the status. The employee who answered informed me they hadn't even touched my car yet and claimed I was supposed to bring it directly to the mechanic in the back--a requirement that was never mentioned during my previous visit. He then assured me the mechanic had just arrived and was beginning work on my vehicle. Then, at approximately 1:40 PM, I received a phone call saying, "Bad news, bro, he can't do it today, so you need to come pick up your car." How does a shop take nearly six hours to determine that absolutely nothing can be done? More importantly, why schedule the job for that day in the first place if nobody was actually prepared to perform the work? Unfortunately, the experience got even worse. When I arrived to pick up my car, I discovered that my downpipes and hardware had been removed from the box I left them in and were sitting on the shop floor because they supposedly wanted to "make it easier" for the mechanic. If nobody touched my car, why were my parts unpackaged and lying around the shop? After leaving, I immediately received a check engine light for a downstream O2 sensor. I cannot say with certainty what caused the issue, but it was concerning that the warning appeared immediately after my visit, especially considering that the O2 sensors are located in the same general area as the work that was supposed to be performed. Combined with the fact that I personally saw the vehicle driven onto a lift and my parts removed from their packaging, the shop's claim that nothing was touched simply did not make sense to me. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact Daniel Cano multiple times. Six calls were made, messages were left with staff, and nobody bothered to return the call. When we finally reached him, he denied that anyone had touched the vehicle despite the circumstances raising obvious questions. The most shocking part was when my aunt called to explain the situation. According to her, Daniel responded by saying, "You're just a girl, you don't understand cars." If true, that kind of dismissive and disrespectful attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. Between the poor communication, wasted time, lack of accountability, and disrespect shown throughout this entire experience, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an automotive shop. Do not trust this place with your vehicle. I will never give them another dollar, and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I went in for a quick fix to my heat shield and everyone at Bonnie and Clyde's was awesome. They diagnosed the problem immediately, welded the shield back into place within 5 minutes, and charged an incredibly fair price. Will absolutely be going back for any future work. read more

I was gifted my brother's '64 GTO before his passing in February. He had headers and mufflers installed. The throwout bearing started making noise, and when it was put up in the air at our local Napa shop, we noticed the arm for the throwout bearing was rubbing so hard against the header tube that it would not let the throwout bearing fully release. I live 5 hours away, so I will have to relocate the clutch arm on the shaft so it clears the header and will release the throwout bearing so I won't have to replace it again next year. Absolutely phenomenal. I am so impressed with how down to earth these guys are. I went to ask about getting my exhaust fixed, They had it done before I even knew what happened. I had to bring my dog with me and I was not mistreated or forced to take him somewhere else. All of the crew there are good people. They charge less than other shops, but not because it is cheaper work, they just know how much shit really should cost. I was in an out in half an hour with 3/4 of my exhaust brand new. It looks like a factory job. My exhaust is now the best looking part of my truck! Depending on what you want, they will leave anything you want them to. They don't try to swindle you into other shit, They just want to get you back on the road in good shape. They told me in 25 seconds how much it would cost, and that is exactly how much I paid. The only name I thought to get was that of a guy named Alex. I walked up towards the door and before I even got there someone ran up and asked me what my mission was. Pulled my truck into the bay, and 30 minutes later I was back on the road. I didn't even have time to finish my sandwich. I was referred to go here by everybody that I know that has been there. I took my car to these guys based on the recommendation of my favorite shop, who doesn't have weekend hours. They pulled my car in immediately and looked it over for 5-10 minutes trying to figure out why I was smelling foul exhaust. No leaks were found. We discussed catalytic converter replacement. The shop owner told me that he has seen several instances where a person with an older Japanese car like mine replaces the entire exhaust from the cat back and never gets rid of the smell. We agreed that I may end up spending money for no reason. He made sure my battery wasn't cracked and suggested I try a fuel injector cleaner. He sent me on my way, never once asking for a dime for his time or advice. I also saw a work friend (who used to be a metal worker himself) pull in while I was there and he said the work these guys do is fantastic and really fairly priced. read more

This is an excellent shop in the heart of Pasco. Another repair shop in the Tri Cities reccomended them when I was in a pinch. While the shop is nothing near 'pristine', the service is excellent, friendly, and the prices are extremely fair. I have taken different cars back for exhaust and even motor mount issues. Took my truck in for a rattling sound that I thought was the catalytic converter and the owner verified that was the problem. He said it would take about 750 dollars to fix, which is right but if I would pay 350 dollars and put up with a little noise it would work. No catalytic converter equals engine light on and truck not running properly. If you are struggling financially, which I am, in the long run get it fixed legally. read more

I would definitely recommend this place!! As a person who's been ripped off a couple times by different repair shops I am very cautious when it comes to bringing my vehicle to a new place. But since I got recommended to this place I figured I'd check them out. First they gave me an estimate of $230 to replace a bad catalytic converter. Then after about 20 min the owner of the shop brought my vehicle out. I was pretty confused as to why it was so fast and the first thing he told me was that he had both good and bad news. Bad news was that his workers were idiots and that there was nothing wrong with the cat. haha Good news was that he just had to tighten a couple screws and the problem was fixed! Told me just to give him 20 bucks!! My vehicle is working great now! I dont know about you but honesty goes along way for me. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

I took my car to this shop because I had a noise with my exhaust system, they spent 10 minutes trouble shooting the problem and repaired a "pin hole" leak that was causing the problem. I've taken my vehicle here twice, once on recommendation and the second time because I was so impressed. Each time, they have been quick, thorough, and fair. The first visit was for a small weld on the exhaust pipe they fixed in less than 10 minutes, including diagnosis! The second was due to a rattle that had presented itself after installation of a hitch. I now think about ways to shoehorn my car problems into their services so I can bring it here. For muffler problems, it doesn't get any better than Bonnie and clydes. read more

I took the car there for repair. Things seemed to go well, and they told me they would be done by 2 PM (dropped off at 8:30 AM). Needed a new dual exhaust and muffler, older car, but generally simply in concept. I left specific instructions on what was to be done. When I arrived at the shop around 2:30, the car wasn't finished. In point of fact, they had not even started working on it. I ended up sitting there for 3 hours waiting. Then, as I was leaving, the told me there may be a knock from one of the pipes that wasn't adjusted quickly, just bring it back if so and they'd fix it. Well, that happened. Took it back about a week later, and the car had additional problems. The connection to the exhaust manifold had not been done correctly and had basically lost the seal and needed a new one. It could have been avoided had they done the repair AS DIRECTED. So I had to come back another time because they had no seal part (nonsense as if is for a common type of car). Anyway, I again drove the vehicle back to repair that, and had called ahead of time giving them my schedule and they said fine. But when I arrived, it became clear they either didn't have the part or did not want to do the work. THey said I would have to wait for 2 or 3 other cars in line ahead of time. I waited about 45 minutes and then gave up and made a call to another muffler shop, which efficiently got the problem fixed properly later that day. Additionally, which cost me more money, the new pipe installed by BC Muffler was not bent properly and the tie rod of the steering system was hitting the pipe. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CARS FOR REPAIR TO THIS SHOP. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Their personnel are not skilled in this work at all. It was a total waste of money and a disaster. read more

I had a small repair needed. My regular car guy recommended Bonnie & Clyde's as he believed it would save me money and he thought they could do it for less than $100. I set aside $200 just to be on the safe side. My appointment was for 8:30 in the morning and they welded the repair and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. I asked the repairman how much and he said "Do you have $5 on you?" I couldn't believe it and gave him $10. I would recommend them to everybody. read more
