Never use this business EVER. The people who work there are extremely rude and do shoddy work. Took my car in just to have the brakes checked and ended up paying 2800 . They were not very forthcoming about any of the work. I would like to have another mechanic check it but now I don't have the money. I've had work done a couple of times since new ownership. I am happy with the work they do. They are very polite and the pricing is reasonable. Today I took my truck in for brake work due to a loud squealing noise when I back up. I assumed I needed rotors and pads. They inspected and determined the pads and rotors were fine. They simply cleaned them and now all is well. Saved me a ton of money by doing only what was necessary. read more

I spent $2000 for advanced automotive to fix a water heating and cooling problem. Just for them to tell me that there is no problem. But as soon as I get my car, and start driving down the street m*********** overheats. And when they did the project, they left fully secured halfway done. And my Jeep is still overheating. I went in to get my AC fixed. I had no idea what was wrong with it. I walked in and asked for a diagnostic. They walked me through when they would be able to do it and when I should get a call back. Everything was followed up in a timely manner as promised. My AC had a leak and it was VERY affordable. I was shocked that I got it back the same day, staff was a 11/10 so kind and not belittling at all considering I didn't know anything about AC repairs. They were very informative and educated me as much as they could. Worth your time and money! Don't waste your time anywhere else. under new ownership! I actually thought this Small auto repair shop had closed. It was great to find out that they were actually open and under new ownership. I went in and asked how much it would cost to evac and recharge my AC system. The service writer started telling me about how the Work would be done in an approximate cost. The new owner, Chris, took a look at my car, then pulled out their pressure air hose. He cleaned off the front of my car said the condenser was so clogged that that he wasn't surprised there was no airflow and no cool air. After several minutes of cleaning the front of the car check to make sure everything was working correctly. The car now has excellent. Cool air! I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest repair shop. read more

The latch to release my hood was broken and I had to drive across state the next day. I was concerned that my fluids couldn't be topped despite the recent oil change. Since I had to leave next day I wouldn't wait for the part to be ordered. They still topped off all my fluids, checked my oil, and looked u see the hood for me. I usually use dealerships but truly it's just a waste of money and you usually get screwed if you already take very good care of your vehicle. I have taken in a few vehicles from family members and they are always spot on, can explain issues that leave you no doubt that they are knowledgeable in there profession. Quality parts, maintenance, and repairs can be had at Advanced Automotive! Take all your vehicles to Advanced Automotive, I do! P.S. Great Place! I have always loathed taking my vehicles to the mechanic. I have multiple stories, as I'm sure everyone does, of how I got screwed by a auto mechanic shop. But not Advanced Automotive! These guys are legit. Been there twice and will be taking my cars their from now on. We bought an Odyssey recently and they did a pre-sale inspection on it for us. Called around tricites to get an estimate on a knock sensor replacement. Every place I called was charging between $90-$120 just for labor. I called Advance Automotive and the greeting was kind and the price was amazing. Kenny and staff where polite. I was able to be seen same day I called and was in and out in an hour. in the last week Amazing experience. I have never written a review before but I was so impressed with this business that I wanted to share my wonderful experience. Went to 2 auto repair shops and spent over $1200 trying to locate an issue I was having with my front suspension. A friend suggested I take it to advanced automotive. They got me right in with no appointment and preformed a free diagnostic on my car. They even took me underneith my car and pointed out the problem. They explained what was causing the issue, what needed to be done, what parts I needed and how much it was going to cost. They fixed the issue the day the parts were delivered. They charged me less than quoted, fixed an oil leak and changed my oil, one that the other auto repair shops ignored( they told me about it but said it was not a concern). I was so happy with the way I was treated and with the work they did that I forced them to except a cash tip. To make this experience even better I had to work late the day they were working on my car and these guys stayed after closing to make sure I didn't have to leave my car there over night. Then a week later they called me to follow up on their work. Who does that? Absolutely amazing. I will never go anywhere else for my auto repair needs again.
