The first few times I've taken this transportation service I was absolutely blown away. Recently however, on two separate occasions, I've attempted to call for a ride and got sent to voicemail. My third and final attempt (the one that prompted me to write this review) I called, got a hold of someone and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly an hour and attempted to reach the driver three times with no success. I ended up calling an Uber and paying 3x the amount a cab cost because at this point I was very limited on time. It's unfortunate, for a minute there it seemed like Hagerstown finally received a reliable cab service but clearly not.
