Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED !
