As a long-time valley and County resident, I called Allard's to do a septic cleaning and inspection. After I dug out the septic lids (like always), they came out and pumped chamber one, but decided that the lids and tops might be compromised. Even though I requested they call w status, it was four days until I was contacted and told of "issues". The cement tank system was previously cleaned, inspected, never an issue. Allard's charged me $700 for nothing. I called Tom's Septic Contractor the next day, which came out, finished the cleaning for an additional $350 (cleaning cost), plus inspection cost, and provided a clean inspection report the next day. I would never recommend Allard's to anyone. PS And I received no apologies or refund from them read more

Ron has been servicing my septic system for 23 years. His wife Lisa always is kind and professional, when calling them for an appointment. I do not use anyone else, but Allards. I have never had an emergency, since I keep my system maintained. However, I know he would be there quickly, if I ever need him. I waited 6 years, once instead of my normal 3 years and he told me the tank was compacted and in danger of backing up into my house, that I can't go that long between pumping. Also, there was a broken pipe inside the tank and he fixed it for a very reasonable rate. He sent me a video of the repair completed. Very good company, I trust Ron completely. read more
