They serviced my neighbors house this past winter and when they were done one of their trucks accidentally drove over a retaining wall on my property. Because it was in the back behind my shed they probably didn't think anyone would notice so they didn't report the damage. However, another neighbor of mine witnessed the whole event and informed me soon after. I have reached out to them and they are avoiding my calls, something a responsible company would probably not do. I felt like I should inform the community of their actions and neglect.

Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED ! None of this baloney about not having the right parts on the truck, etc. They figured out BEFOREHAND what they needed and had it all, ready to go. Why can't all businesses do this ? He was unable to fix the pump station and in fact made it worse. I also found out after hiring a competitor that he didn't even pump the tank properly. Ryan was very helpful and recommended another company that could handle the repair. I had a problem with my septic system in that a holding tank pump stopped working and my tank was…read morespilling er, stuff, into the lower area of my house. Of course it had to be at 5:00pm on a Monday! After calling several plumbers (most didn't pick up) I discovered that plumbers won't work on full tanks and require a septic service to pump it first. Great! So I started calling septic services and again had to leave a message on the first two I called. The third was Tom's and I actually got a person. She did say that they were about to close, but that I could call her supervisor and he might be able to do something. She also said that she would call me first thing in the morning to set up an appointment. I called the supervisor and he gave me a method of activating the pump and bypassing the float switch. He told me to try that and to call in the morning. Fortunately that worked so I could get through the night without too much hassle. First thing Tuesday I got a call from Tom's and, even though she didn't think she could fit me in for that day she said she'd send a supervisor (the same one I spoke with the night before) out to evaluate things so we would know what to expect. He called about an hour later and we figured he'd be out in the afternoon. Well, I guess he had an opening because, about 20 minutes later, he showed up. He started looking at the tank and realized that the float switch was just gunked up. A quick hosing down and he got it working! I was also trying to get an estimate on upgrading the holding system to a larger tank. I had asked a different septic service repairman and he said he could get me a price on a larger tank, but then never called back. After looking at it the supervisor from Tom's told me that it really wouldn't help me that much to get a larger tank and that he'd suggested just using a generator during power outages. Now why didn't the other guy mention that? The bottom line: With Tom's I got through to a courteous person who then managed to get me in touch with someone who could help me with my problem and then they were responsive to contact me when they could. In addition they were more than fair in giving me estimates and advice and willing to help where it didn't necessarily benefit them in the short term. This gives me confidence in them and they will definite get any business in their area from me. Thanks Tom's! ...oh, and about an hour AFTER the Tom's supervisor left, I started getting calls from the other plumbers and septic services at which I had left messages. Hah!
