I'd give TEN stars if I could. These people are ON TOP OF IT !!!! I needed a water heater and insisted on a Diamond Certified company. Despite this I was concerned since I live 50+ miles from the property and don't have a mobile phone. I could envision the plethora of mixups that characterize today's business interactions. But, Wade came through with flying colors !!! Starting from my original interaction with Lizzy (who is a jewel !) things ran as smooth as possible. My appointment was set up and Cory arrived slightly early ! He assessed the situation, covered in detail exactly what would be done, including code upgrades that were required, and that afternoon (NOT weeks or months later) I had my quote. I was able to schedule the actual installation just a few days after and again, the personnel, Miguel and Benjamin, arrived ON TIME. More importantly, they were PREPARED ! None of this baloney about not having the right parts on the truck, etc. They figured out BEFOREHAND what they needed and had it all, ready to go. Why can't all businesses do this ? We received a notice from the water department on Monday morning notifying us of a water leak. I called Wade's Plumbing and they were able to come by that afternoon around 2:00. They located the problem, figured out a plan for repair, and got the work done by 5:00. They provided clear information on the problem, what they could do to repair it, and what the cost would be. While I hope that I won't need any more plumbing repairs soon it's nice to know that there is someone I feel confident calling if I have to. read more

Miguel quickly "assessed" the situation in my leaking bathroom, and told me what needs to be done. After replacing some components the leak continued. They said they got to open the drywall and look more... It was 1100$ for nothing. Got Bellows, they said they should have opened the drywall right away. They did it, found the leak elsewhere, fixing was 1300$. And that's a hard work compared to the easy replacing of the shower components, Miguel did. read more

I was in an emergency flooding situation, it rained so hard, outside drain wouldn't unplug, started seeping into the garage. We hired Wade's to replace pipes that were galvanized and very old that had failed. It all started well and unfortunately grew to a bigger job that was not their fault. They recommened to do much more than we expected to begin with, but also was necessary. They worked really hard digging under the house to be able to get to the plumbing and through downpours of rain even. The problem came when I was asked to use a certain contractor for the "patch back". The contractor took a long time getting back to me on price, did not include the whole scope of the job and I was left to scramble on findinfg another contractor. We found an amazing contractor, lucky for us, who did a beautiful job. When it came time to come back and finish the plumbing it was like pulling teeth!! I cried, I yelled, nothing worked. The job manager kept making promises that weren't kept. We had paid 90 percent of the job by this time, per Wade's request. Finally, the two owners came out and finished the job I refused to speak to the job manger anymore. We had to complain three times on the crazy things they did outside and make them change them. These were "hose bibs" that were unsightly, put under bushes and way too low. Very soon after completion of the big project we have a problem with an area I was told was scoped and told was fine and this area was also "repaired" by them. Instead of coming out to check what the problem is, I was given another quote for $495 to flush it out and potentially more would be charged to us. They don't stand behind their work after telling me there is a five year guarantee!! All of the sudden, it's only on parts!! All I asked for was for them to come check their work and that was declined. Very upsetting after a whole house repipe from meter to house and beyond. I would have liked to keep this company as our go to plumbers, but not now. read more

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. My wife called me while I was at work on Saturday. She told me that the water heater had a leak. Being at work, I couldn't get home for another 10 hours, so this is where Wade's Plumbing and Septic comes into play. I told my wife to contact an emergency plumbing service to see if they could come out and resolve the issue. My wife and I prefer going with local businesses so she called Wade's emergency hotline. Within 10 minutes of making the call, their on call technician and manager Cory McClemings was at our house, had the water shut off and was doing the inspection. Yeah he was that fast... no lie. Ok yes he is one of my neighbors, but still he was on it quick, fast and in a hurry. After his inspection, he informed us that the water heater was dead in the water..... yes pun intended. Cory told my wife that the heater we had was a 2005 model, served us well, but would need to be replaced. He drained the remaining water from the tank and shut off the gas line to get us to a state of safety. Cory got us quotes for both a 50 gallon unit and a tankless system with and with out a recirculating system. Opting for the Tanked unit, Cory and his team mate Miguel, had it installed by Tuesday 01/24/2023 morning. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the performance and dedication of these guys. Wade's Plumbing is very fast at responding and fixing plumbing problems. I had a leak somewhere between the meter and my house and called them in the afternoon. They came by to take a look the same day. After identifying the issue, they came back the next day, dug a new trench, installed a new pipe, and covered up the trench all within a day.
