She was very thorough explaining what they do and the pricing. The pricing was very fair and scheduling was very easy and convenient to my schedule. Patrick the tech that came out couldn't have been more professional and meticulously clean. He suggested I add the rug protector as liquids and stains come right up, don't damage the rugs and kept them cleaner. My rugs all look like new, were deodorized and left smelling really fresh. Robert and his brother, Charlie came out to clean the carpet in the hall, stairs, and bedroom this morning! They were very respectful and told me what to expect. Also, I told him that I am very sensitive to scents, and he let me smell the products before he used them to get my approval. The stairs have been dirty for a very long time, and he was very upfront and said it may not look perfect when he is done, but it is so much better.
