I had an issue with my puppy having accidents in my basement. I had Stanley Steamer come out, but I was up charged a million times, and once the warm weather came, the smell was awful. I called to make an appointment and Mike called me back and explained very thoroughly what they would do and why it smelled. Scottie arrived and explained some more. I was supposed to get my carpet cleaned on 6/23 at 830 am but due to our home closing getting rescheduled, I had to call and reschedule our carpet cleaning. Michael was awesome. He was able to call his other customers and move some stuff around to accommodate the time of the carpet cleaning due to the time of our closing.
