Everything was handled through text and on the booking page. I was able to change the details of the booking until the day of the appointment. The use of all-natural cleaning agents is important to me, and I was glad to see that this was an option. I hired this company for move-in cleaning, the coordinator was nice and responsive. I also like their transparent pricing and the fact that their website listed all cleaning items in detail. The actual work was done quickly while I was away. However, they did not clean kitchen cabinets and many of the bedroom closets (didn't find out until a few days later) as advertised. A lot of dust/stain was still there. We had to spend quite some time to clean those areas. They refunded portion of the cleaning fees as an apology. It is kind of a lose-lose situation. read more

I chose post half construction option, and they sent only one lady with a swiffer, a vacuum, and a mop. She works very hard, but with almost $300 bill, I expect a better, cleaner, and more efficient job. She doesn't speak fluent English, so communication is harder. read more
