I just want to give a shout out to Boomer T's screen printing in Oswego. Our rugby club uses them for spirit wear. I placed my order online. When I went to pick up the order I realized I inadvertently, ordered two long sleeve hooded shirts instead of two sweatshirts. Ryan was fantastic, and they went above and beyond to make my new order quickly, and were extremely generous in a mistake that was completely my fault. I was blown away with their customer service. I went on Monday with two patches to be embroidered with my daughter's name. Easy enough. I said that I needed it by Friday and the gentleman assured me that it would be ready by Wednesday. He would give me a call. Great! Wednesday came and went but I wasn't worried because I requested that it be completed by Friday. I show up this morning at 11:00 and the young lady working says that they're not done yet and the guy will have it done by 3. Fine. I'm annoyed but decide to come back later. At 2:20, I call and leave a message that I need these patches today. No call back. I go in at 4:00. There is the gentleman who took my original order with another customer and my patches are still not done. I take my patches and leave. Never again!! read more

So disappointed with service. Please update your website. I ordered a uniform, went to pick it up and was told they no longer were taking online orders.although that's where I placed my order from . Showed them my receipt and they gave me a completely different order, because they didn't have the size I ordered in the store. read more

Ordered a custom t-shirt for a local HS graduation gift. On 6/24/17 I got an "urgent" email for final design approval. Approved that day. I went in to the shop Friday 6/2/17 to check status (graduation party was Saturday evening). Not only wasn't the shirt done, the raw shirt wasn't even at the facility yet. After demonstrating my eagerness to secure the gift, they sent me an email (as opposed to calling me) at 3:19pm, to say the order was complete...and since I didn't check my email, they closed for the evening....and don't have Saturday hours. I usually use their Aurora location, but have stopped into the Downer's Grove and Plainfield locations before. I am always impressed with not only the great customer service, but the quality of my orders. They are always on time and seem to go out of their way to get things done. I recently brought in 8 items to be embroidered. The logo is on the wrong side of three items, and 4 other shirts have the logo @ an angle and are not level. These garments are to be worn to portray a professional image of my company. The completed work is not remotely professional. Apparently, 1 out of 8 is the best they can do. Horrible customer service! We walked into the store and the rep would not look up at us or even greet us. We walked directly up to the counter and he never acknowledged us, so we turned around and walked out. The associate was a Caucasian male and I am an African American woman with a Caucasian husband. Super disappointed in this local business. Had some hats that had to be stitched. Took them in on a Saturday, promised the next Wed. By Friday, no call and not done. A full week later, after many broken promises, we went in to get our hats and our money back. The guy behind the counter didn't even apologize - just went to the register, gave me cash back and basically walked away. On my way out, ran into a friend in line that was there for a similar issue. We had some shirts done here a couple years ago - decent quality, but that order was late as well. Crummy service and disengaged manager. It's a shame they don't seem to care about servicing their fellow, local small businesses. read more

I brought my daughter's dance team jacket here to have her name embroidered on it. Took a little under a week to complete. I wasn't very happy with the end result. There was a very large and noticeable gap between the first letter of my daughter's name and the rest of the letters, which made it look like it wasn't all one name. My husband called to ask if it was possible to correct this. The manager started by saying that he didn't recommend having it redone and that these things happen depending on the font you choose. Fair enough, except that we chose the same font as another teammate (whose name also starts with the same letter as my daughter) and their jacket embroidery had no such gap. My husband explained this to the manager, who then switched from saying they do not recommend repair to now saying they would not repair it. My husband simply said he was disappointed by that, and the manager said "yeah" and then hung up on him. Not my idea of good customer service, especially from a manager. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the girl I initially left the jacket with was nice enough. Very disappointed in this place and will not be recommending them for future dance teammates. read more

I've been a long time customer for getting names and numbers put on the back of jerseys. I emailed them regarding a custom order 2.5 weeks ago and was told they could do what I was looking for in 5 to 7 days. We emailed back and forth several times, I sent artwork and was told they would send over a final order form for me to approve. 3 days business days later (1 day before the order should have been picked up) someone else from their company called, said she was just being "filled in" on my order and told me she does not recommend what they claimed they could do initially. This order was supposed to be picked up tomorrow and now I have no time to track down another company before the deadline. This company seems to be very mismanaged. People accepting orders and giving customers information should be well informed about the products they can and cannot create. Thanks Boomer T's for wasting my time. read more
