We discussed different shirt options and different printing options based on what we were trying to do with the shirts. I was able to place my order online and they got back to me with an estimate and a proof to approve the work order. They were able to get it done by my requested due date however, with the extreme weather, the store ended up closing so I thought I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I figured I could just delay and pick it up Monday when they reopened but I received a phone call on Friday to let me know that someone will be at the store for an hour to facilitate pickups since the item was due for pickup that day. I told them that I wouldn't be able to get out there in the next hour but they went above and beyond and offered to drop it off. I had no plans on leaving the house in subzero weather so I was extremely grateful that someone was able to drop off our order at home. Talk about service! I am so impressed and so glad that I ended up choosing to work with them. I am so happy with how the shirts turned out and the ability to deliver far exceeded my expectations!

Went back and forth with artwork on lower half. They explain nothing showed a partial one shirt so it was not obvious how small the artwork was until I picked up the shirts. When I picked up the shirts I made it clear I was unhappy. I left a message telling them how unhappy I was and 26 hours later I received a phone call from them. First offering two new shirts with enlarged artwork. As apologetic as the guy was by the end of the conversation it was going to be just over half the price instead of half the 50 percent off that he said and he started reciting the sale and pretty much said they were in the right and I was wrong because I excepted the artwork not being able to see how small the artwork would appear on the shirt. After he tried to exonerate their business from being at fault I chose to not get them of ever do business with them again. Recap the offered me 50% off then changed it to just over 50 % since I needed a larger pic which they never even gave an option of different pricing for a larger print on the back. The artwork is so small it should be on a kids shirt! If you are not familiar with buying from a t shirt printing service i would advise to go to one that is more thorough with their design. Also they say they charge 10 dollar extra for more than two proofs but they only gave me half the artwork on the first couple two proofs so I didn't want to keep going back and forth because I was worried about extra charges or not getting what I already paid for. Hank also generally seems to be a pleasant person. When there was a mistake in the number of items in my order, Hank offered me a refund on the missing items. He also removed a mistaken charge on my order when I brought it to his attention. If you are a church/school, he will also give you a slight discount. However, I personally will not be using this company again because of the level of frustration I experienced due to the lack of communication that made me unsure up until the last minute if my order would be completed on time. I did not get a quote on pricing and confirmation on my order until the morning of my event despite attempting to finalize it about a week before. Because of everything being so last minute, I missed the fact that the wrong logo had been printed for half of my order (something that is partially my fault because I did confirm the final proof but was focused on a different mistake being fixed, and I thought I had listed the name of the correct logo file on at least three previous emails). The order was completed despite the rush, but left me in a frazzled state in the days leading up to the order. To me, the frustration and anxiety was not worth it.
