Before you start exploring, I highly recommend checking their notice board near checkout (to your right after entering, on an easel); there you'll find if any specials are going on and which vendor number they relate to - I didn't see this until I was about to leave but I'll definitely snap a pic of it next time, when I first get there. Each little nook is its own store which is made further evident by the way they're set up differently and how some of them have kind of a theme related to the type of items for sale. A few of them seemed a little overpriced while others offered items at a steal. The back of the store contains a decent amount of kitchen furniture and, I almost didn't notice, the store actually extends even further back. Once you pass through the "back" entrance, they have bathrooms to your right down the hall. Each hallway area is another vendor section and if you continue straight to to the true back of the store, you can find additional furniture - mostly bed sets or mattresses which all looked in rather good to nearly new condition. There were a couple vendors that had junk type items that are typical of a flea market while others were obviously put together with a certain mount pride. They have plenty of home decor and accent pieces as well as true antiques. I did not search through any clothes but there are several vendors which this was their sole focus. They also had two different electronic vendors that carried VHS's and DVD's. They do have sodas, water and a few snacks at checkout but I'd skip these since you can get a better deal at the gas station. Overall I was impressed with the selection and even more so by how friendly everyone was. I'll definitely be going back!

It's one of the few degreed grape growing & wine making programs in the country. And while I was in the Viticulture & Enology program I started exploring the surrounding areas & found the extremely beautiful, stunningly gorgeous rolling hills of North Texas wine country, Saint Jo, Muenster, Lake Murray, Arbuckle Mountains etc., I fell head over heels in love. Long story short, I found a little old farmhouse in the area on some land & decided that was where I was going to start my vineyard & Antique B&B, in North Texas wine country someday. Little did I know that would take 20 years LOL Well, as a Chef, it turned out, grape growing was not my talent, herbs & medicinal homeopathic medicine was. Yep, Cooking, gardening & making medicinal medicines & natural beauty products. My hubby's nickname for me is "Dr. Chef" Haha. I know, so corny. Anyway, so ambitiously without a care in the world, shouldn't take long I thought, I set out with my hair on fire to Chef, garden herbs, gut the farmhouse & rebuild it from scratch while I traveled the country working & collecting antiques along the way to build this dream of mine Antique B&B. 3 cottages was the plan. LOL 20 years later, that little dream of mine has now become a reality, mostly with the help of "Old Home Supply House." We bought a lot of cool stuff for the antique bathrooms from OHSH. I mean I looked all over the country and mostly found what I wanted right here in Ft. Worth for the antique bathrooms. For the guest bath, I wanted a old Brass antique free standing shower kit, that hangs from the ceiling, with small cast iron clawfoot tub all of which I got here. For the master suite, I wanted a antique brass & stainless steel faucet with two colored Gucci style shower phone handle, with a LARGE soaking cast iron antique claw foot tub, all of which I got here. Now, I didn't get them all at the same time. I collected it all over the years. It took a while to collect it all but it was worth it. You just Have to keep looking, searching & collecting. I made many trips to OHSH. Haha. Anyhoo, later, I found a tub guy in Dallas who refurbished the tubs. And he did a beautiful job. Then, Hubby installed them. It's been a interesting experience, Hubby & I wouldn't change a thing! We have enjoyed every second of living in Wine Country, Texoma area & rebuilding our old farmhouse. We are so very proud of it. We are completely "tickled pink." We just want to thank you guys so much for all your help in making our dreams a reality. We couldn't have done it without you. I didn't forget I told you guys last time I was there I would post some pics when we got the bathrooms done. Well, we did it! We finally finished them! LOL Thank you again Old Home Supply House! Clawson's General Store is a Jem!…read more This quaint little shop is a treasure trove of antiquities and junk. I've never popped by that I haven't located something that I couldn't live without. The prices are fair and the quality of merchandise is impeccable. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and always eager to offer assistance. There motto is: "Thus ain't no museum, this junk is for sale!" In my option it's worth to trip to White Settlement to check out this place. Shop owner was friendly and helpful, joked around with the husband. In response to a prior review, a shop at this price point isn't going to hold furniture based on a verbal request - they don't have the stock space or profit margin. Maybe 24 hours if they're being really nice and you are a long term customer. Totally unrealistic expectations.

There's nothing that says Camp Bowie Blvd., either, other than on the front of the building. No street sign at all. While the listing here on Yelp says it's Fort Worth, the mall's web page says it's Aledo. I've become discouraged at all the so-called antique malls that have a majority of booths filled with chalk-painted furniture or "shabby chic" foreign-made decor. Westside is NOT one of them! This place is chock full of antiques and collectibles, and it would be easy to spend a couple of hours browsing. There's also a little diner/coffee shop inside, and it looked busy when we were there. It was a nice surprise finding this place, and I look forward to another visit.
