We went there for a 6 years old's birthday party and had a lot of fun. It was clean and there was a lot of room to run around with lots of fun options. We enjoyed the pizza, car racing, and water tube bumper station. We rate this place 4 rather than 5 stars just because there were some issues with the ticket cards and some of the machines especially the big ball claw game as they were a bit clunky.

Waited AN HOUR for the ropes course because nobody monitors the time/people on it and it was the only thjng my kids really wanted to do, just to have them close it down right before we reached the front because it started to drizzle. Also, $6.50 for a white claw lol. Airports are cheaper. Won't be back.

My grandson was invited to a birthday party here, and I went with him. Neither one of us have been here before so we didn't know what to expect. We waited, and waited, and waited. The Birthday boy never showed up. Finally I asked an employee where they were having the B-Day party. They looked up the list of party's for today, and there wasn't a reservation for the B-Day boy. I thought well maybe they are just meeting here, and not purchasing a party pack. We walked around, and never could find them. When all of a sudden someone came out of the office, and said that they found the reservation, but it was actually for the next day! Who has a birthday party for 7 year olds on a Sunday? What! My grandson wanted to stay, and play the games, which for me, on my budget, are a little expensive, so I told him he would have to wait until tomorrow when he came back for the party. After talking to the employee saying what a disappointment it was, and yes it was my fault for not reading the fine print. The employee must have felt sorry for us, because he gave us each a pass to play a few games. That is what I call GREAT customer service. Well done, and it made my grandson happy. So many games to choose from. We never made it outside so I can't speak for the activities out there, but inside there was a good variety, and we used up our pass fast! I suggest buying an all day pass, or even a half day pass, because you'll want to play the games more than once. Grandson wasn't happy that we had to leave, but I reminded him that he would be back tomorrow for the real B-Day party. He was ok with that. Masks were required, and they were practicing social distancing. They also had hand sanitizer by the door, and throughout the property.

What a blast ! $30 for a 4 hour unlimited ride pass is a deal. Putt putt, go karts, rope course were all awesome. Eat before you go, food is very expensive.

This place is fantastic. It has very cool arcade games, the kind that you sit two people and have a huge screen to play the game. It has an awesome playground for little ones. They have great go-karts to ride and a 3D virtual ride if you rather stay inside. They also have a cool laser tag area too. Mini golf is an option outside, but it was too cold today. We ordered food and we could have the option of getting two appetizers and a free $10 arcade card. This was a cool perk. Our food came out hot and service was awesome. Our quick bites were delicious, we share the street tacos, cheese sticks and the brownie with ice cream. Tips: 1. Come early to avoid crowds. As they open is best. 2. Take advantage of the food and get free arcade cards. 3. Tuesday is the cheapest day to come $14 vs. $29 4. Of you have a wee one. Be prepared to sit by the playhouse for a while. They love this place. 5. We also went to Costco and they had an offer to buy $100 in gift cards for $75. 6. This place is expensive, so be ready to lose at least $100 if you bring three kids. 7. Sometimes you can get free tokens if you buy a $20 card for only tokens.

    Super fun for all kids

Not only for the sheer size (as it's so large it'll it's very difficult to find someone you're looking for), but it also has a little "adventure" you can do if you buy the extra wristband, and it seems well monitored (there seem to be 2-3 employees roaming around at all times.). The obstacles within the playground are also widely varied with something for pretty much any age. Most importantly just about the entire playground is easily accessible for an adult to traverse. There are are even normal stairs on either side that take you most of the way up, enabling a much easier way to find your kids, rather than having to climb up through the playground yourself. The reason I give 4 stars is two reasons: 1. The rope bridges are set up in such a way that it's pure pain and misery in your feet to get across them 2. The triple slides are probably the fastest ones in the playground, and the "landing zone" is not carpeted or cushioned. It's straight plastic, which is especially painful when you aren't expecting it

It was sprinkling when we were there but wasn't too bad. We had visited an aquarium in Draper earlier in the day and we had all the time in the world to explore there. But for the zoo, we were pressed for time because we had somewhere to be in the downtown area later afternoon, so we wanted to try and see everything we could in a short period of time. I guess you could call our day "animal day" due to us visiting an aquarium and a zoo on the same day lol. The first exhibit we stopped by was the giraffe and zebra exhibit, where you can get close to and interact with the giraffes under zookeeper supervision. My maternal grandmother's favorite animal was the giraffe and this would be her favorite thing to do if I ever bought her to a zoo. As we moved along, we saw spider monkeys and wild horses, and this was the first time I've ever seen a horse yawn in person, even being around horses before in the past. We then passed by an outdoor theater, where a dog show was going on (we did hear music while walking around, but we weren't sure where it was coming from). And these dogs can REALLY jump, like how high a cat can jump onto a tall ledge. It was pretty impressive to see that. They had two dogs that were performing during this show, but I saw more of them being transported in their carriers as we were walking around. One of my favorite parts about this trip to the zoo is seeing their sand cats. They were soooo cute and tiny that I wanted to cradle them. These sand cats can be found inside of an indoor exhibit along with other wild animals when you go past the fox exhibit. Other animals that we saw were orangutans, gorillas, tigers, polar bears, rhinos, and various reptiles. My LTP tried to get a picture of the tiger, but it kept running away, like it knew it was going to have its' picture taken. The art murals that can be found in some places were also very creative. One of them was being worked on at the time of our visit. We had a great time here; I think we were here for about two hours at least and got to visit all the animal exhibits here. A great find in the Salt Lake City area.
