We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. They let you set an appointment, which I've never seen before for an inspection. When I arrived, the building was incredibly clean with a cozy waiting room and multiple phone charging stations. All the staff were professional and courteous, and kept me updated about the necessary repairs to pass inspection. But my FAVORITE part was that they sent me a list of every part on the car they inspected, with pictures of each part and a rationale for why it passed or not. I was floored by the transparency and found it extremely helpful. I highly recommend Endurance and will be back in the future!

He said it was in dangerous condition. I took the vehicle to my usual mechanic for the repair and he said it was fine and did not need replacing. He DID point out that my rear tires are dry rotted and worn so that the cords are showing! This is unacceptable. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, one would expect a TIRE store to notice tires worn to this dangerous degree. I am very dissatisfied with the service.
