First they had no idea who I was or that I even had an appointment. Then they couldn't find my tires. Ultimately, I was told they couldn't even install them because (pick an excuse), the lift is broken, no one can balance them, somebody with a special tool (?) is not there. I picked up my (6) tires and left. I have since gone to another garage and the tires are done. The manager told me he would call TireBuyer to have the pre-paid installation fee refunded to me. He never called. That was Saturday and today is the following Friday. I called TireBuyer myself and the refund is being arranged. Mr. Tire will never get anymore business from me!!

There is to be one crew chief and they run the bay. They scanned my door twice, asked me to pop the hood three times when it was popped the first time. They asked me to keep the engine running so they could check the trans fluid then they asked me to turn it off without checking. Get your stuff together and talk to each other, listen and follow directions. On my avoid at all cost list.

In addition to that mess, he had to remove the battery cover to test the battery( in my car the battery is close to the windshield) he put the cover above the battery but did not out it back on... I noticed it sticking out of my hood below the windshield wipers as I was driving down the highway. That could have caused a major problem if it had come loose and ended up caught up in a belt somewhere in my engine. Had the need to get some tires since I was riding on baldies and after finding Larry's online, I popped in to see what I could get for my ride. We arrived at a set of tires that would work for my car and we proceeded to get them all installed: balanced, mounted and I even had them do my alignment as it was off. While the guys in the shop were busy working, I spent a nice half hour chatting with Larry. Clean waiting room and fresh popcorn to munch while killing some time plus great prices, great service and super friendly folks - what more could you possibly ask for? Definitely will be back.

I went to the manager Brian Adamczak asked for a refund and he told me to bring my car back on Thursday for him to lift it and see if the back tires was aligned. Again I need the front end alignment done but told it would need a 4 tire alignment in which the mechanic admitted that he (Jacob) only did the back couldn't do the front to Brian and Brian still wouldn't even give a refund without me returning the car to him for him to lift it to check back tires (again needed the front tires aligned) not the bac. the car shakes and bangs and drives worse then when taking into that shop. Was told by Brian that they would redo it but yet still only says the back tires and not the fron. why would I trust this shop to do anything to my car after they failed the first time to do a front end alignment. Most shops only do a 4 tire alignment so if this shop couldn't do that I should've been told that and not charged for a half job that was supposedly performed.
