When I went in the store TWICE to resolve it they told me they couldn't help me without a pin. I called them at their service number and got the same response. My second trip into the store I had to make it evident I was not leaving without a resolution. I literally called customer service in front of all their customers and put it on speaker. I FINNALY got one of the store reps to take five or so minutes to confirm my identity with the phone rep who then told me they would pro-rate my bill and to ignore it and wait for another. When I received the new bill, it was for the full amount. T-Mobile, you suck. You have lost my business for life.

Once someone finally decides to help you they tell you to "sit" at the table where they repair the MacBook. You get there and the table is full there are no chairs available. I'm with my 9 year old son so I decide to sit on the table next to the one I've been told to "sit" and I'm not even there two minutes when an employee comes over and tells me that I can't sit there I have to "sit" at the macbook table. Where mind you there are no seats available which is exactly what I told the employee with a puzzled look and she at least provided me with a chair for my son but I'm writing this review standing up. Smh. Customer service makes all the difference in the world.

We've purchased phones from this store in the past and they always have "mirrored" the phones. No business should treat loyal customers like this! BTW, there is no receipt given for the transfer fee, so I don't know where that money went.
