The Wi-Fi cuts out at least 5 times a day and stays down for hours. I called Spectrum support, but they refuse to issue a refund or lower my monthly bill--which they increased without even notifying me!!! We visited a local Spectrum store to resolve this. They admitted the price was high and promised to reduce our monthly rate from $95 to $65. However, they never followed through!!! The rate was never lowered. It's a complete bait-and-switch. They also charged me double what they quoted for moving the equipment!!! They won't give the money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

As if I was some professional. He proceeded and said "it's very simple, just turn on the phone and service would be on". In the same breath, locking down the store and while selling me a $75 phone case. I get home, phone doesn't work. I spent about 2 hours with T-Mobile port line and then had to call Verizon's only to find out theirs isn't a 24 hours. It's been a mess and now I still will have to come to the store tomorrow. All because he was too lazy to assist a customer because he was ready to go. Great Customer service seems to be far and few these days. I'll probably try another Verizon store because that was so uncalled for.
