There's a lot more to the story but yeah.) To anyone who's broke and sick of having to pay bills, if yo phone cut off randomly, just tell them your SIM card is broken. You get a new free SIM card and you might get a $50 credit. Don't even try to pay that bill until your service is working again cos you'll never get that money back. Instead sales guys pitches us on buy one phone get one free- tells us that it's like getting phone at half price. Short story.. 2 adults walk into this store... and walk out with 3 phone lines. Pretty slick - call AT&T and the help center is saying - sorry, but you're stuck with that 3rd line... on the hook for 30 months at $35 a month (for the line). That equals - $1k cost for a phone/line we don't need. AT&T is awful... it's fees. And nickel and dime. And some shady fine print bait and switches. Use them at your own risk.

He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices. So, l said but it doesn't say that on your website or in the commercial about which service person has deals to give and what not. So evidently my service person had no deals to give me. It was one disrespect after another. In the end l just walked out of there and will not return to this location again. Blatant disregard for customer service.

Took my mother's phone here to get a new screen and the replacement wasn't put on all the way at the bottom. Took it back to get it fixed and it was no longer under warranty. So I was going to get charged another $138 for them to most likely take the screen off and put it back on incorrectly again. I'd rather just buy a whole new phone than trust them to put a new screen on correctly. Which is what I'll be doing.

I lost my voice at my job and had come in to transfer my data to my new phone. The person working showed no compassion and expected me to squeak out what I needed instead of trying to accommodate my situation. He helped me with the data transfer and then I needed help with the phone trade that was supposed to have been processed with my online order for my new phone and then said they don't do phone trades. He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.

Been here a couple of times. First was because my wife broke the screen on her iPhone 7. Both repairs were completed by a young guy, very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he even laughed at my bad jokes. Both repair were completed in less than 30 minutes. My wife's phone repair cost $80 and she's had no problems at all since the repair ( about 2 months). The battery on the other phone was done for $45. Parts were $25 and labor $20. Verizon wanted $40 just for their battery! Definitely recommend iRite to anyone who needs their iPhone repaired.
