When I arrived, the staff seemed irritated one associate even said they wouldn't release it because of commission, and the manager, who was completely unprofessional, insisted I pay a $25 fee for the modem that had already been confirmed for me. I left without the modem, feeling frustrated and disappointed by how poorly customers are treated here. Something needs to be done about this location . However, with me even realizing, the manager sent one of the employees next door to the store to actually purchase the exact drink that I mentioned. He walked in 5 minutes later and handed me the drink. It was so thoughtful. I was very grateful. While in there I told my husband we should get him a new case and screen protector. Then we were told that the price for the screen replacement INCLUDED a new case and screen protector! (I had planned on purchasing one!)
