Once I arrived to drop off the phone to be repaired, I was greeted with excellent customer service and effective communication. When the repair was completed they notified me it was ready for pickup. When I returned to pick up the phone I was happy to see that the repairs were perfectly executed and the phone was like new. Greatly appreciate this repair shop. I will absolutely be coming back for all of my electronics repair needs.

I'm far from a Karen, but for what we pay for this service, I expect it to, not only work, but to outperform the rest by a large margin. I have a phone that runs on Visible for $25 a month, which uses Verizon's network, so I get the same service for around 5X less the price! When my contract obligation is over, I'm out!!! 2 lines for well over $200. I have a friend who has cricket and she gets connectivity in almost all of the areas that I lose internet access. She pays a $100 for 4 lines for her family!!!! WTF! If you live in this area, do business in this area or frequent this area and need internet service, DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON!

I was on the line for almost an hour and could not get resolution. I assume that making me wait to talk to a 'supervisor' is also a good way to wear down annoyed customers. Anyway, I don't recommend Verizon Wireless over any other carrier. Moving forward, I'll try to disentangle myself from them (pay off devices) and go to another carrier.
