I have been here several times in the past for iPhone related issues. I had my phone unlocked after T mobile was giving me problems and for that putting my phone number on lock. For $100 they fixed that for me. This time I am here for my tablet. I travel on Friday and noticed it didn't turn on anymore. The charging sleeve is being replaced, I will have it back in 3 hours and the cost is $45. It was done in 2 hours! Friendly, fast and correct service. They made an appointment for me with this business for today at 300pm and said that they would take care of the costs. I was greatly relieved from the promises and drove out to this business. I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer. It was also showing me a "plug into computer" logo when I tried to turn on the phone, which indicated that it needed the computer to turn on. I went to the Apple Store for help because I did not have my MacBook with me. When I arrived desperate to fix it, because I am on vacation with no access to my personal information without a phone, I plugged it into one of their display Macs to try to update it. The staff understandably questioned what I was doing and initially wouldn't help because I didn't have an appointment. I explained that I was traveling, had no access to my banking, flight info, or navigation apps, and needed immediate help if possible. I couldn't go a day in a city I don't live in without a phone. They then kindly took my phone to the back. I do appreciate them doing this, and trying to fit me in. But after waiting over an hour with no update, I finally asked them what the status was of my phone. I was told it was a logic board issue and that I would need to buy a new phone or pay hundreds in repairs. My phone, which had been turning on for short periods before, is now completely unusable and stuck in recovery mode after whatever the staff did to it in the back. Now it is not turning on at all. It never did this before it was handled by the staff Now my phone is completely unusable, stuck in recovery mode and not turning on at all, which it was not like that before. This left me stranded without access to critical apps and information while on vacation. I understand hardware issues can happen, but the lack of clear solutions or support and leaving me without a working phone was extremely frustrating and stressful. This experience was very disappointing, especially given the high cost and reliance on Apple devices.

He said there was nothing else he could do. The "manager" Susan was horrendous, she was extremely rude and told me I still had to pay for my screen repair even though they caused extreme damage to my phone that ranged between $150-$300 to repair. I was freaking out! After much arguing, they agreed to pay the repair of my phone after I took it to Apple. I had them write out a contract so that I wouldn't end up eff-ed up after their wrong doing. This place is freaking TERRIBLE!!!! Please don't come here: their customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional and dishonest, and most importantly their parts are crappy. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
