I called them and was told, oops that charge is wrong because you did return the modem.. but couldn't be told what the new charge would be. From my experience, I would caution and make sure to not give your social to this hole in the wall company. I am hoping the manager of this business reaches out to me to resolve this issue so I can delete my reviews.

Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.

I'll do my best to provide the good, the bad and the ugly. Good: 1) Pricing: I was able to secure comparable TV, internet and phone service for 2/3 the cost of what Cox was charging. Bad: 1) No on-demand service: if you want to watch recent re-runs, you need to go to a network's website or mobile app. 2) mobile TV viewing: Full Channel has partnered with a 3rd party provider called "Watch TV Everywhere." You register with them and then use the ID and password to access the mobile apps for networks that are part of your subscribed service. PROBLEM: WtvE does NOT work with three major network mobile apps: Fox News, Stars and Showtime!!! My wife loved watching the new episodes of Outlander on the STARZ app before they hit the network and is not happy that, despite subscribing to the channel through Full Channel, we can't use the app!! Ugly: 1) Unsophisticated voice messaging: Cox would convert VMs to text messages and email them to me along with an audio file. With FC, I can retrieve the audio online but it needs Flash so forget about using your iPhone or iPad. 2) No Virus Software: Cox bundles include free McAfee anti-virus services for 5 PCs.

Needed to change to Verizon for internet, now being charged $60 for service being advertised for $35. Had to wait two weeks without home internet to get it connected for $100. This Wareham store is a Verizon direct store, the one in Plymouth is a subcontractor and appears much more able to troubleshoot. Unfortunately if you work with the Wareham store they won't touch your phone. Avoid Verizon if you can , if you have to work with them be careful.
